have fog and it will slow you down. it is a cool bird eye view shot of the vine and i-95. people are hitting red ways. things are starting to move. you will tap your brakes. we have speed restrictionness place because of that heavy fog, lets look at the schuylkill near king of prussia headlights in the in thee bound direction. we are starting to build up on the eastbound side. westbound side we will look okay. it is more coming in the city we are keeping an eye on and i-95 at girard take a look at this headlights moving in the southbound direction toward center city, yep, we are starting to heat up, right now and because of that fog you might want to add on a little bit of time it will slow you down. construction on the vine will be closed overnight 11 to 5:00 l between schuylkill and broad between that construction project. jim, back over to you. thanks, meisha. updating breaking news in philadelphia's olney section where police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle and ended up rushing a seven year-old girl to the hospital, in critical condition.

it is very confusing story, this happened on the 5500 block of north american street around 1:00 this morning. police say a woman found perfect seven year-old daughter in the basement with a plastic bag over her head, as for stolen vehicle police say they are searching for an 18 year-old family member whom women says took the car and that vehicle then crashed, and was found abandoned several blocks away. well, passengers on the first direct flight from philadelphia to iceland are no where near their destination this morning. plane was forced to make an emergency landing in boston. >> "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao is live at philadelphia international airport to explain why those passengers aren't in iceland just yet, good morning, jan. >> reporter: good morning, well, iceland air is blaming technical problems, it certainly was a not the sight these travelers expect to see they set course for iceland and ended up in boston and they are wondering when they will get back on that flight and get over to ice land. it looks like the first direct flight from phl to iceland was a fail but the airline is

saying this is a case of better safe then sorry. tired, frustrated passengers from iceland air flight 828, unexpectedly found themselves in boston this morning waiting in long lines for hotel vouchers after their flight to ice land was grounded because of technical problems. iceland air spokesperson says flight attendants and passengers alike in the rear of the plane found a odor likening it to the scent of rubber. >> we had the seats in the back row, the problem seemed to becoming from the back of the plane. there was a weird smell when we got on the plane. i just equated it to the bathroom. >> reporter: pilots check it out over canada, two and a half hours into the flight they decided to turn the plane around and have the problem checked out by safety inspectors. passengers were left wondering exactly what went wrong. >> there wasn't anything weird about the plane. it was a little bit hot: maybe an air conditioning issue. otherwise it was a relaxing

flight. >> reporter: move this morning hard turn from wednesday evening when officials from both iceland and philadelphia celebrated the first direct flight on iceland air from philadelphia to the capitol, on board the failed flight philadelphia mayor jim kenney. his office says he is staying the night in boston like the others. good morning, by the way just waking up so glad you are here , an accident here involving a tractor trailer ease bun vine near schuylkill that has been since cleared. it is starting to get busy on the vine but overall we're okay. that fog we are contending w take a look at 42 freeway northbound at creek road, 295 for those coming from new jersey, yikes, we have got visibility issues out there. this can slow us down. typically on 42 right new this looks busy. heading out there give yourself a couple extra minutes. speaking of all that we have speed restrictionness play because of it. new jersey turnpike between delaware, nyc speed reduced to 45 miles an hour here and we also have another one set in place betsy ross bridge, this is also affected, basically every where that we look we are affect. plus construction crews, yep, they are still out there and many times, it is hard to see because of the fog but route 70e and westbound between penn avenue and cropwell road.
