really going to cause some problems for you, traveling on the major arteries over the next say 45 minute to hour. let me zero in on the line though, really the heaviest of the rainfall intensity coming down, no picnic, further north up that i95 corridor that you travel here. again, this is all moving through, and even if you aren't seeing the soaking rain you have lot of clouds, low to the grounds, in a lot of spots, also fine mist out ahead of it. currently temperatures flirting with zero six or just above it from philly down to atlantic city, at 52 mount pocono, modest winds flow, but throughout the course of the day it doesn't really get much better than this, granted heaviest rain will exit, i would still walk out the door, if you're about to ready to do so with a umbrella however, because even though again that first initial line of rain will eventually clear out of here, you're still stuck with residual showers, any time, the rest of the day. now, coming up: there is a trade-off. there is a light at the end of this proverbial tunnel not only are we gradually going to warm up but also start to dry out, and also, going to actually ends up well above

broken water main in montgomery count. >> i gushed water turning some properties into waterfalls, "eyewitness news" reporter trang do, live in abington to bring us up to date on the repair job, good morning, trang. >> well, good morning, jim, rahel. crews were able to stop the water yesterday, but now they're getting water from the sky, some very heavy rain coming down, right now, and take a look here, really slowing things down. but you can see, that crews are actually still out here. they've been out here overnight, for more than 14 hours, trying to get this broken water main repaired. you can see, this is edge hill road, 900 block of edge hill road, that remains block off due to all of that equipment. you see there. this rain definitely not helping, but they're hoping to have this repaired sometime this morning. so, you want to definitely avoid the area if you are getting ready to leave and head out to work. but take a look, at this incredible chopper three video of the rushing water, yesterday. which created these waterfall effect throughout the neighborhood. now at least six homes had their basements, or first floors flooded with water. this water was so powerful,

that number of families had to evacuate from their homes until it was placed under control. in all, eight a homes are without water this morning, after this 16-inch water main broke 3:30 monday afternoon. >> this main more than 100 years old, and was slated to be replaced within the next year or two. but now some resident are dealing with no water, and also, some pretty significant clean up. >> once you see the water start coming at you, you're like oh, what do we do? you got to start thinking fast. but what a scary experience. >> we probably have foot of water or so that leak in, so we will get it checked out. >> i'm pretty happen that i nothing in my house really got too badly destroyed. but, you know, i know a lot of the houses got pretty work up. so it is pretty, pretty surprising. pretty crazy. >> now, in addition to the crews out here there is water company also has what they're calling water wagon out here for anyone without water to come out here and fill up.
