currently on lower nike park, we'll follow this developing story here on "eyewitness news" and get the latest on cbsphilly.com. also this noon, bill cosby back in montgomery county courtroom for day two of his sexual assault trial. >> i'm jim donovan. >> good afternoon, i'm rahel solomon. joe holden has been live since day one yesterday goo good afternoon, joe, what can you tell us snow. >> rahel, jim, good afternoon, you can change a sense in the courtroom. now real build up of tension between cosby's defense team and prosecutors, as they cross-examine and directly examine the witnesses who are coming to the stand. now, prosecutors morning have been using witnesses to bolster claims from 20 years ago, that the actor and comedian, bill cosby, had drugged and sexually assaulted another woman. attorneys are using the testimony of kelly johnson, woman who worked for cosby's talent agency, to show prior

bad acts. now, cosby is not charged in that incident. but prosecutors are working to illustrate a pattern of behavior. kelly johnson testified yesterday that in 1996 she says cosby provided her a single white pill and wine at a beverly hills hotel. johnson said she blacked out and later awoke to find cosby, she says, performing a sex act. she tells the court later she was terminated from her job, allegedly at cosby's direction. cosby is charged with three counts every sex assault, those charges stem from allegations he drugged and assaulted andrea constand, former temple university employee, whom he mentored, that alleged abuse occurred according to constand in 2004. she is expected to be a central witness in this case. now this morning, cosby appears engaged with his lawyers at the defense table, mulling through some note, and possibly talking about their strategy as these witnesses come and go. we are at about now the fourth l

the prosecution's case again, it is unknown when andrea constand might take the stand. but she is the central character, the central figure, in all of this. stay with cbs-3 "eyewitness news" for the very latest starting at 5:00 as the drama here continues to unfold in the montgomery county courthouse. live in norristown, this noon, i'm joe holden, cbs-3 "eyewitness news." >> joe, see you then thank you. today the first full day of jury -- jury of deliberations of lee kaplan, charged with sexually assaulting six sisters and fathering two children with one of them. kaplan's attorney figured he was married to the first girl and never abused the other. they pled guilty to endangerment charges, will be sentenced after kaplan's trial. jurors consider the case for about five hours yesterday. >> well, philadelphia police are asking the public for information about a disturbing facebook video showing a man getting punched in the face. the video is blurred to protect the identity of the victim and the suspects who appear to be juveniles. now, according to the facebook

post, the assault happened yesterday, on the 100 block of chelten avenue, in germantown. the post also says that the victim is mentally challenged. if you have any information on this case, please contact police. >> new jersey voters are headed to the polls today for the state's primary election, one of the biggest decisions vote letters face today, is who will replace governor chris christie when his term ends next year. right now, six democrats, five republicans are running for his seat. other key races to watch are the mayoral races for the city of camden and atlantic city. polls close at 8:00 tonight. primary result on cbsphilly.com. >> and federal contractor with top secret security clearance facing charges for allegedly giving classified intelligence report to a news website. twenty-five year old reality lee winner was arrested in august gust did a winter over the weekend, accused of leaking national security agency is report to the website the intercept. that suggest that russian hackers tried to act as voter registration information just days before the election. >> in all likely, people leak

on the uk government to cancel president trump's future visit. president trump has criticized the mayor's response to the terror attacks over the weekend n interview said, quote, i don't think we should roll out the red carpet to the president of the usa in the circumstances where his policies go against everything we stand for. >> back here at home, trenton water works has issued a boil water advisory for part of trenton, we're told 35,000 people are affected by the advisory, affected areas extend from the delaware river, to prospect street and bellevue avenue. other areas include pennington avenue to perry street, and from south clinton avenue to liberty street. officials recommends resident boil their water until it is declared safe. no word on how long the advisory is expected to be in place. also, a boil water advisory still in place after a water main break dumped thousands of water to a montgomery neighborhood. it broke around 2:00 yesterday afternoon, on edge hill road in abington, leaving about 85

homes without water. water flooded the basement and flooded at least six homes, water restored around 7:00 this morning, officials say they should boil their water until it can be tested. >> after spending some time in a bucks county tree, a two year old barajas finally been captured, and relocated. the game commission hit the bear with a twang will eyes err last night near street road and bustleton avenue in feasterville. and "eyewitness news" viewer captured video of wildlife officers moving in on the bear. we're told the helicopter was also used last night to try to scare it out of the tree. now, that the barajas been secured, he'll be released back into the wild. >> a chester company is kicking off its month long campaign to raise money for alex lemonade stand. power hungry modeling launches fundraising at special event this morning. the company's stand with alex start in the 2011, they've raised $1.2 million to date to fight childhood cancer. many of those donations come from employee payroll deductions. >> and remind their our 11th annual alex scott a stands for hope telethon is

kim of days, because it really is just the best word to describe t you don't have a wash out. you don't have a dry day either. it is kind of inbetween. and let's go outside, we will show you kind of gloomy view. start things off from central parkway library, beautiful live shot granted, but yes, gray beginning to the afternoon, really won't see much in the way of any sunshine the rest of the day, with an area of low pressure that continues to sit and spin, off to the northeast granted but still bringing in some additional moisture. so, yes, again, just expect that you may need that to break out that umbrella through the rest of the day. we switch gears. quick peak at storm scan3, here is the storm question. much worse day up toward up-state new york and the canadian border certainly. but see the counter clockwise rotation helping to bring back in that moisture. and whether we bring it back locally yes, not seeing this everywhere, but there are couple of spots where you've got brief but locally drenching shower, that's moving through, berks county, the one that my eye gets immediately drawn to. and we'll have to contend with this really for the next couple of hours right into tonight. we take you through future

weather, more of the same that around, those showers, continue to roll in, around the area of low pressure, and again, some of them could be locally soaking, as you're out later today or later tonight for that matter. and then tomorrow, there could still be residual shower around, but it is a lot spot year. so i do think while you're ending up with a lot of clouds and cool air, the wet weather starting to ease up on us. meanwhile,. >> should be pleasant view, but, with all of the low clouds that we've will to deal with there is a shot from the blue mountain. things very damp, very dreary, and very foggy backgrounds shot for you there. beach patrol headquarters pretty sure these are actually the beach patrol guys, saw them working with a boat earlier here, not a lot of people out thereunder understand bridge, just not the best day anywhere for outdoor plans, currently at 65 a international airport. really not going to rebound too much further from this, again, a lot of clouds to limit the warming, and at best we hit maybe 70 later today. you probably won't break the 50's in mount pocono.

and we're at 61 currently in atlantic city. there is chill in the air. still some showers out there through the rest of the afternoon, sun came up very early, but it is just not visible enough to help warm things up here at the surface. now, later tonight it, still pretty damp again still with some showers around, although skill scattered, and it looks lick it starts it taper off. we begin to warm up by thursday, friday, very typical day for mid to late junior mid june. should say. then we continue that warming trend, look at monday guys. we flirt with 90. and feel humid, too, so that's when it the weather will start to break. >> i just don't want steamy and humid on my day off. >> i hear ya. >> putting in my request right now. >> thanks, katie. birthday surprise for a special teen. >> meisha here with today's love it. meisha? >> well, guys, for most every us when we think about hurried who should attend our birthday party, we think of our close circle, few of closest friends, family, but imagine how great it would feel to have your entire community wrap their arms around you all because they think you're

incredible? that's what happened to deserving young man in today's love it. sixteen year old jason who lives in monroe michigan was born with cerebral palsy. he has been described as one of the sweetest boys you could ever meet. having literally a heart of gold. he is wheelchair bound, living with daily challenges, and the one thing jason absolutely loves is the deep rumbling sounds of motorcycles, loud cars, and hot rods. a member of the community, and motorcyclists, heard about jason's upcoming birthday, and his love of big sounds and motors. and wanted to do something special for him. he put a post on facebook asking other biker buddies and community members, if they would want to join him in a surprise. the surprise birthday drive by, and to his surprise, he started getting responses from people as far away as australia. they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to put it altogether without even jason's own parent knowing. all they said was, hey, have jason at the end of the driveway. and so they did. surprising jason with perhaps one of the best birthday

wishes he could have asked for, his very own motorcycle gang drive by. did you happen to see jason's million dollars smile? that is what it is all about. making people feel that good. jason ended up being presented with cake, candles, the whole deal. and his mom says seeing her son that overjoyed is the joy of her lifetime. with a heart like his, he deserves it. >> wow. >> so amaze to go see the community treat another community member as if it is their own son or daughter. >> their own family member. >> happy birthday to that young boy. >> happy birthday jason. >> absolutely. setting a great example of how to treat our neighbors and like they just said, happy 16th birthday, jason, and to the fine biker gang who went above and beyond for him, way to go. if you've got any other positive stories make sure to send them my way on either facebook or twitter. >> all right, meisha, thank you. >> i know you like your motorcycles. >> i love them. i love those biker ganse.
