ofe sixth street, but when they arrived they found a six year-old with a gunshot wound to his head, long with a 31 year-old woman with a gunshot wound to her arm. now we just spoke with a witness who tells me that around two there 30 he watched as a pickup truck, with several men inside, drove down the street, shooting, with bullet marks in other cars all along that street. he is unsure if the men were shooting out of both side but he says that he is sure that a seven year-old would not and could never have been the intended target. >> it just sounded like firecrackers but i turned around for a split second and then i saw the guy hit his hand out window with the gun, just shooting, and then heard shell casings hitting as they were being pulled away. >> reporter: he tells us this is not a section remotely used to this kind of violence. that woman was taken to st. francis and listed in stable condition. again last update we got is

that seven year-old boy is in critical condition, at this hour. for now reporting live from wilmington alexandria hoff for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". a new jersey transit bus driver is shot and killed in washington township gloucester county. it happened at new jersey transit garage on route 42 this afternoon. victim is 45 year-old ryan reynolds of sicklerville, police say shooter, 44 year-old, jackson of woodbury, took her own life in mantua township shortly after shooting reynolds. there is no word yet on a motive. "eyewitness news" continues to following a troubling story out of germantown. philadelphia police are investigating links between disturbing facebook video of the man being punched and last weeks vicious assault on a school administrator. "eyewitness news" reporter alycia nieves has been working on this story all day and she's live at north east detectives with more, alycia. >> reporter: detectives say they do believe there is a connection between the two incidents, both have happened

last week, both are very disturbing and both involved the same group of teens. people in germantown outraged after an incident on chelten avenue surfaces on facebook, it shows a group of teenage boys attacking a man who police say is mentally challenge. we have blurred his face but he seems to be smiling at the teens and never sees the attack coming. >> i have a child who has mental health health issues. for me as a mom it hits a little bit home because you wand fur people will treat my child like that too. >> that is just taking advantage. you know you got this person that cannot defend themselves, like it is a shame. >> reporter: authorities in philadelphia got wind of the video last night, today they have apprehended four of the individuals seen in the video punching the man in the face and laughing, even clapping at the whole ordeal. >> there is no rhyme or reason it appears one could think that it is for kicks, giggles, by sick minded individual, in this case juveniles.

counts in his child molestation trial. feasterville man was charged with sexually assaulting six sisters. kaplan argued family considered him married to the oldest girl and then he never abused the others. after today's versace deck the judge did not set a sentencing date. bill cosby finally comes face-to-face with andrea constand the woman at center of his sexual assault trial. our joe holden was in the montgomery county courtroom for all of the testimony and he joins us from the courthouse in norristown, joe, good evening. >> reporter: ukee, good evening. things are winding down here, jury has been sent home for the day. in the meantime andrea constand is in the middle of the cross-examination and she will return in the morning. what is significant about today is that it is first time that these bomb shell claims have being aired out in a public court of law. bill cosby shook his head from side to side as former friend, woman he once mentored described step by step how comedian and anchor allegedly facilitated a sexual assault.

andrea constand was in suburban philadelphia for first time in recent memory. on the stand she recounts the 2004 night she said cosby offered her three pills, to help her relax. now under the influence of the unknown drug constand says that she had rubbery legs and distorted vision. cosby helped her to a couch in his home and she then blackout she testified she awoke to cosby molesting her. she could not say no telling the court she was frozen. she came forward to family and police. she said cosby eventually apologized to her on the phone other woman claiming to have been victimized by cosby are also in court. >> i am so relieved i'm not on this stand, you know, but i have made my statements and my statements stand true. we all know what he is. >> reporter: well, as for andrea conn stan right now, defense lawyers for cosby are trying to under mine her story saying that before she ever called police, she first called lawyers.

and bill cosby. more on this starting at 9:30 tomorrow morning, right now in norristown i'm joe holden for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". joe, thank you. escaped bucks county prisoner is in police custody tonight. daniel selby junior was apprehended this afternoon in the area of keith valley and county line road in warrington seven schools in the central bucks school district were placed on lock down after sighting of selby earlier today. he escaped sunday night after being pick up in land down for failure to appear on a drug charge. one woman said she spotted selby in her driveway. >> i went out to see if he slashed my tires that is what concerned me and some woman drove down the street and said hey get in the house, the guy that escaped is in your area i said, okay, i ran in the house >> reporter: selby's father six five-year old daniel selby senior is facing charges for aiding in his son's escape. new jersey voters have less than two hours left to cast their ballots in the state primary election.

street and bellevue avenue. other areas including pennington avenue to perry street and from south clinton avenue to liberty street and duck island. officials say that the test samples looked good but city has yet to lift the advicery. they expect to lift it sometime tonight. a boil water advisory also remains in place in abington after a water main break dumped thousands of gallons of water in to that neighborhood. the 16-inch pipe broke yesterday afternoon on edge hill road leaving 85 homes there without water. water was restored around 7:00 y residents should still boil their water until it is determined to be safe. landmarks stand in philadelphia as lasting tribute to the renowned gospel group dixie humming bird. african-american heritage historical marker was unveiled on the 2400 block of north college avenue, right in front of the home where the group often rehearsed. state and city officials wanted to commemorate the important legacy of this great singing group.

well, baby gorilla is new member of the philadelphia zoo family. >> seventeen year-old kera a western low land gorilla delivered a healthy 5-pound male friday and this birth is important to the future of gorillas because this species is considered, critically endangered. now that the gorilla's delivery was in the without some problems, after 24 hours of lane or, the team of doctors was forced to perform an emergency delivery. >> we pulled the group together quickly but under anesthesia and determined that the baby was very close to delivery and appeared to be in good shape. so we moved her up to our veterinary hospital and within a very short period of time were able to deliver a baby without having to go to the c-section. really exciting. >> the yet unnamed baby gorilla can be seen within the zoo's primate reserve. >> i love that shot. >> yes. >> he is just chillin. >> love that shot. >> my goodnessy feel like the weather, sometimes you just want to chill out. >> just want to lay down.
