"eyewitness news" reporter greg argos is live in radnor township with how police cracked this case, greg. >> reporter: ukee and jessica investigators say it was quite simple. they walk in this chipotle restaurant here in radnor township and asked one of the employees for pot. this afternoon under cover investigators were able to purchase, a half a pound of marijuana from one of the employees for $975 we're told and that was last straw before this arrest. radnor police say 22-year old robert lane work at this chipotle at lancaster avenue. but he was offering more than just chips and quacamole to some customers. >> there were employees there selling marijuana out of the store. >> reporter: police superintendent william colorul o says that investigation began weeks ago. court documents show under cover officers began purchasing marijuana from lane in mid-may. >> today, they came out here,

with the intention of buying a significant amount of marijuana. that happened. >> reporter: under cover office's rested lane with a half pound of pot on his person. the other man was also arrested. investigators say he is driver of this mazda and one of lane 's coconspirators. our camera rolled as police arrested a third suspect at the chipotle restaurant. >> we were sitting, eating. >> reporter: at the time of the bust patty mcnamara was having lunched in the packed restaurant. >> next thing there was a side door opened and cop coming in waving his arms saying everybody get out. >> reporter: everyone left and then the arrests made. township health inspectors found drug paraphernalia in the bathroom toilet tank and numerous health code violations inside the restaurant. >> health inspectors are going through it. conditions are not very good that we're finding right now. we think there are serious health concerns. >> employee would come out of the store with the marijuana on his person, which indicates obviously that he had it on

children's hospital. no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting that critically injured a six year-old boy in wilmington. officers responded to reports of the gunshots on east sixth street yesterday afternoon. police found child with the gunshot wound to the head, and we're told his mother was not shot but hit by broken glass. the young would i remains hospitalized in critical condition tonight. philadelphia's police need your help tracking down this man wanted for sexual assault. officers say that the suspect followed his 23 year-old victim into the wawa on the 3900 block of aramingo avenue and then assaulted him. police say man then jumped in the blood four door sedan, possibly a mazda or honda and then took off. if you have any information call the police. former fbi director james comey is scheduled to testify to the senate intelligence committee tomorrow. according to comey's opening statement released to day he will testify that president trump asked about the investigation into former national security advisor michael flynn, but comey says
