closed between 10:00 a.m., and 1:00 p.m. construction reminder on mass transit cynwyd line, shuttle busing through friday and wilmington newark line that construction coming up in a bit, rahel, back over to you. we are on day four of the sex assault trial of the comedian bill cosby. yesterday his accuser gave her final testimony. >> "eyewitness news" reporter frank does live in norristown to explain what prosecutors are planning for today, good morning, trang do. >> reporter: good morning jim and rahel. bill cosby is not expected to testify but jurors will probably still hear from him because prosecutors are expected to bring up, a dam ming 2005 deposition he gave for constand's lawsuit against him. meanwhile yesterday was dominated by andrea constand's continued testimony. over today two and three of bill cosby's sexual assault trial andrea constand testified for seven hours total. constand alleged cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her inside of his home in january 2004.

constand's attorney says she held up well to the intense pressure of questioning. >> we are very proud of her because you see how difficult it is, and then sexual assault victims are criticized for not coming forward quickly. >> reporter: cosby's attorney says constand was in the romantic relationship with her client which she denied. defense brought up phone record that constand called cosby 53 times after the alleged attack, constand said she was just doing her job and as manager of temple women's basketball program where cosby was a trustee. outside the courtroom, cosby was animated. our camera caught him react to go a order by sheriff's deputy to report tours turn off their phone. his wife camille has in the been seen in court cosby continues to be sported by his high profile friend including civil rights activist mary francis berry. >> i have known him a long time and he has been in involved in all good causes and he supported me. >> jurors also heard from

yahoo shareholders vote on selling the company's internet business to verizon for $4.5 billion. new company would be called, oathes, around a thousand people are expected to lose their jobs if the deal goes through. a new jersey woman is suing chipotle for denying her overtime pay, carmen alvarez claims that she regularly work more than 50 hours a week, but was only paid for 40. she was in the training program to become a manager, but she said she spent most of her time making food and should be entitled to overtime it is unclear what caused amazon to go off line, outage lasted a few hours, message popped up that said something went wrong and some cases users were greeted by different images of dogs. amazon experienced another technical disruption. if amazon goes down we can get a picture of the dog good point. >> i would be so distract by the pictures of the dog that i wouldn't even realize that something was wrong. >> that must have cost them big time though. >> sure. >> they make so much money,

jim, analyst say that this is probably won't even, put a dent in their bottom line. >> well, good for them. >> good problem to have. >> we will check in with you tomorrow. well in, other news this morning bars and airports in pennsylvania could have casino style gambling if the state senate goes with new legislation passed in the house. >> licensed casinos would be allowed to bring gambling and internet to other locations. thousands of bars and truck stops could operate slot machine style video games and the bill's fate is not clear in the senate but republicans say revenue will help the state's finances. later today pennsylvania lawmakers will unveil proposal to expand the state's hate crime law to include people with mental and physical disability. this move comes after selfies event attacks on disabled people including this man with cerebral palsy who was sucker punched outside a store in west chester last month. earlier this week you may recall this video, surfaced showing a group of four teens attack a mentally challenge man in germantown. police have identified suspects in both of these

and adam this morning with a chill to report. we will start off with a quick view of the pictures, stellar views this morning. take a look at this one nice and bright colors. look at that, it is like a pastel painting, so, so pretty out there we went from the beautiful almost full moon to this and then it is just a beautiful start to the day. lets check back where temperatures are in the mid to upper 40's in a handful of spots, back toward across the delaware river, in new jersey, 48 degrees comes from kenneth, he does solve sunshine to report, virtually no wind just a nice start to the day but walk out with the sweat shirt for sure. here's another really nice view within of my most favorite shots when we have sun coming up with beautiful colors, you can see something out of a very low fog, that settled in on the field, at kutztown area middle school. like a fall morning out there makes you want to tailgate. forty-five is current temperature at kutztown area middle school, cool there too but we are about to heat up.

the wrong side of the bed this will change it, just take a moment and soak that in. it is so nice outside and that will help our commute as well, when we get that sun up, but we have a nice dry roadway and that is what we are seeing so far this morning. this is blue route at baltimore pike, both moving in both directions traffic at posted speeds, in delays, basically anywhere we are looking good anywhere on the blue route, anywhere that we look, another gorgeous, kind of peaceful shot of the ben franklin bridge pushing in the westbound direction, downtown center city. that is what we want to see this morning. we have a car fire out there don't think it is active. it has been there a while. just know it is out there ambler road at church street and then, of course we're talking about reminders and construction for mass transit, cynwyd line shuttle busing, wilmington newark between wilmington and claymont, 20 minute delays in and outbound, star bound service on the weekend. check those schedules on line and construction crew is still out there on route zero seven between new road and 4-mile

circle. alternate lanes, until 6:00 a.m. we are seeing another 15 minutes and then they should clear out of the way. i will confirm when they do so but cruzs are still out there we have construction on 495 as well, southbound at edgemore road on and off ramps on this particular area will start actually right at the tip of our morning rush, and kind of go on through our evening rush until 7:00 p.m. more coming up in a bit. jim, over to you. >> thanks, meisha. world war two veteran is celebrating his high school graduation more than 70 years after he started his school. nine two-year old elmer shin sky dropped out of his pennsylvania high school in tenth grade to join the army back in 1943. he always wanted to go back but could not swing it. now thanks to operation recognition the school granted elmer his diploma. he said it was a long time coming. >> it is something i never would see. >> he always talk about it and would go back to school but with work he didn't have time to go back to school.

>> well, elmer says he has pick out a spot to display his difficult prom a good for him. >> indeed. diagnosis of cancer for a two-year old delaware county girl turned into a 10 year journey and hundreds of thousands of dollars raised for childhood cancer. as i learned she says she's not done just yet. >> one of my first memories is in the hospital and watching elmo. >> reporter: for as long as maya rigler can remember cancer and hospital visit has been part of her life. >> doctor felt this lump and said do you know what this is. we were brought in the world of childhood cancer. >> reporter: devastated by inspired by the store i have of alex scott, maya and her family decided to raise money for other children with cancer that would be the beginning of a life long relationship with the alex scott foundation and a life long fight with cancer. >> adults have a bad image of like it is really sad all the time and it is, part of it is, but there is also something else that they have to think about the fight and the hope

through it, that it is in the just oh, my god cancer that is so sad. you have to think about the will to fight. >> reporter: little maya did fight and she won beating cancer but then several years ago another devastating diagnosis, maya had cancer, again. >> all of a sudden we were back in the world. >> reporter: she pulled through once more and yet again beat cancer. >> hundreds of gifts were pouring in the children's hospital we were getting them here, drive home from the hospital, gifts in the driveway, obviously we were all devastated and trying to find a little bit of joy and as we brought these gifts maya looked at us and said enough. >> i saw these other kid at the hospital who weren't getting as many presents and then they didn't have the luck that i had so we decided to start fund raising again to help other kid like me. >> reporter: maya set a goal of $10,000, perhaps a big goal for a small girl but she exceeded the amount within days so she set another goal, and another, and then another.

>> at this moment we're at 400,000. >> that is incredible. >> yes. >> it started out as just me trying to, you know, raise some money and trying to make a difference but it ended up being so much more then we ever thought it would be. >> people are just kind of spreading it. >> maya is alex larger single fundraiser, she and her family are proud have that but it is not just about the money raised but what she has learned and what she hopes, others have learned from her. >> i have had different experiences then all my friend , these experiences helped shape me into a better person. some good came out of that. >> she taught us incredible lessons and she is still my 12 year-old preteen but she has taken the lessons from cancer the hardest thing that anyone can get through and she has learned to make life better for herself and other people. we can't ask for more than that. >> special little girl this weekend maya will be

celebrating, it is expected to be a big celebration. this is closure after her illness. as you might imagine she beat cancer a second time and she still plans to keep on, going, way to go. just about 10 minutes we are kicking off our 11th annual alex scott a stand for hope tell-a-thon all day licensing we are raising money for childhood cancer. alex scott dreamed of the day where none of the friend had to fight cancer and even though alex who her own battle we are joining her family and friend and keeping her friend alive, phone lines opened up at 6:00 a.m. >> few minutes to go. >> yes. with whole new meaning to playing with your food, see some of the works of art made out of fruit, coming up next. also this young man forgot to bring his recorder to the concert new didn't stop him from playing, we will hear from that student when we come back
