block of du pont street around 3:00 this morning. that is right across the street from saint david episcopal church. investigators are looking into another overnight fire, in old kensington, fire fighters headed to a home on the 1400 block of north hope street just before 11:30 last night. they put out blaze within 30 minutes, no one was injured in that fire. a main line chipotle is shut down following a drug bustt, three people including an employee now face charges. two of the suspects arrived for a court hearing just hours after their arrest yesterday, to 22-year old robert lane work at the restaurant on lancaster avenue in radnor. officers say they found half pound of pot on lane. one other was also rested. police superintendent says their investigation began weeks ago. >> the employee would come out of the store, with the marijuana on his person, and which indicates obviously that he had it on his person when handling food. >> and township health inspectors found drug paraphernalia in the bathroom toilet tank and health care

welcome back everyone talk about a chosen counter. >> a man in north dakota find himself face-to-face with a huge tornado when what did he do? pulled out his camera, of course. look at this viral video jesse was working on his farm when this funnel broke down. he just lives a football field away from the massive storm but that didn't stop him from filming. thankfully he said tornado didn't leave behind much damage. >> i watched it for power lines, you know and it has power to snap these lines. as you can see they still get standing. probably lucky than the didn't go through a farm or go through town. >> bye said tornado acted like a samuel cleaner just sucking up dirt. other than that there were in reports of injuries or structural damage. >> vacuum cleaner can he come over my house. >> yes. >> just suck up the dust, not the furniture. >> it may pick up your whole house. no kidding. >> interesting if there wasn't a camera there or any damage left behind, did it happen? that is the situation, that

thief learned the hard way. customer who identified himself as darryl stopped by to buy some doughnuts yesterday at wawa on cross keys road in sicklerville. same time armed robber tried to hold up the store and as you can see darryl is not having it, he took down the thief and held him for several minutes until police could arrive. >> my first reaction is like my goodness, this is real, and , you know, instincts just kicked into separate the guy. some people come to work with their family expecting them to come home. same with me, my family i get up, go to work my family expect me to come home. all i wanted was a cup of coffee and a bag of doughnuts. >> he did have to get a few stitches but he is okay d we mention he is half age of the thief, but, people do not intervene in those similar situations. suspect has been charged with aggravated assault. glad all is okay. coming up debate whether milk or non-dairy alternative are better than kid.

testimony. >> "eyewitness news" reporter trang do is live with more on what we can expect today, good morning, trang do. >> reporter: good morning, rahel and jim. while bill cosby is not expect to testify jurors will hear from him that is because prosecutors are expected to bring up, a 2005 damming deposition given by cosby in relation to constand's lawsuit against him. meanwhile, yesterday was dominated by andrea constand's continuing testimony. over today two and three of bill cosby's sexual assault trial andrea constand testified for about seven hours, total. constand alleged cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her, inside of his home in january 2004. constand's attorney said that she held up well to the intense pressure of questioning. >> we're very proud of her because you see how difficult it is, and then sexual assault victims are criticized for not coming forward more quickly. >> reporter: cosby's attorney say constand was in the romantic relationship with their client which he vehemently denied. defense brought up phone

giving his highly anticipated testimony to the senate intelligence committee. committee released comey's opening statement yesterday and in it comey says president trump asked him to let go of the michael flynn investigation. you can watch comey's testimony live, beginning at 10:00 a.m. right here on cbs-3 government contractor charged with leaking top secret information to reporters, wants to be released from jail before her trial. reality lee winter faces a bail hearing in georgia. her parents say they are afraid that prosecutors will try to use this case, to send a message from the trump administration that security leaks will not be tomorrow rated. prosecutors in massachusetts spent a second day trying to prove that a young woman used text toss get her boyfriend to kill himself. yesterday prosecution called michelle carter's friend and acquaintances to the witness stan. they all received text message s from carter around the time of her boyfriend conrad roy's suicide. carter's friend had to read chilling messages out loud. >> i was on the phone and he
