about right now. ben franklin bridge push in the westbound direction, looking really good. looking just as it should. then 95 around cottman just want to give you kind of quick peak at. that will looking good here as well though you can see on 95 south it is already starting to pick up just a little bit. now we do have an accident in princeton new jersey with a fuel spill. route one northbound closed all lanes at ridge road. so you will have to use the alternate, new jersey turnpike, route 130, gas repairs, alternating lanes. a lot more to talk about in the next ten minute, jim, rahel, back to you. >> police say man fighting for his life after argument in north philadelphia corner store, ends in a shooting. >> it started out in a take out store at the corner of 25th and lehigh avenue last night. group of people arguing just before 11:00 p.m. when fists began to fly. the fight then spilled out into the street. that's when one of the men shot the 18 year old victim in the head. detective say they started out with one major piece of evidence.

>> inside the deli, does have cameras, police reviewed the recordings and clearly shows the physical altercation that took place inside. >> police hope that video will help them figure out what sparked this argument. >> also, a traffic stop in north philadelphia, quickly spirals out of control ending with the suspect dead and police officer placed on leave. >> "eyewitness news" reporter trang do live at the scene in feltonville with the latest on the investigation. good morning, trang. >> well, good morning, jim and rahel. police do have a lot of testified work with in this case. they were able to get surveillance video of at least part of the incident from the bar you see here, also, interviewed at least two independent witnesses, but police are urge willing more witness toss come forward, to help them piece this altogether. >> tensions ran high as family and friend of a man shot and killed by a police officer gathered at the scene of the shooting near the intersection of whitaker and hunting park huk

avenues. police commissioner richard ross says just around 6:40 thursday night, a 15th district officer was taking witnesses to the special victims unit when he saw man on a dirt bike riding irradically, the officer then pulled the man over. >> the male start to walk away from him. the officers in close proximity, he grabs toward his waist, feels the gun, and the male's waistband, and he press he is against that gun. immediately draws his service weapon, tells the male not to pull t and he orders him not to pull it several times. >> a witness says the man did not comply. >> according to the witness, that the officer told him don't pull it out. don't put it out. because the office kerr clearly feel it is a gun. and it is a gun. and core g to the witness, the male did in fact break away from the officer, and pull it out. and the officer immediately discharged. >> police say the officer continued to fire as the man ran away. hitting him at least once, possibly twice. he was pronounced dead at

temple hospital a short time later. the woman who identified herself as the man's grandmother was stunned. >> he didn't bother nobody. he didn't bother nobody. >> surveillance cameras on nearby bar captured part of the incident on camera as the man tried to run away. ross says what he saw was definitely concerning. >> being very candid, some video footage that shows some things that gives us cause. so right now we got a lot of work to do. >> and police say they did recover the man's gun here on the scene. right now they've not identified the man who was killed nor the police officer involved. but for now, live from feltonville, i'm trang do, cbs-3, "eyewitness news," rahel, jim, back to you. >> trang, thank you. >> philadelphia police are also investigating a reported sex assault in frankford. sixteen year old girl told police she was abducted last night at orthodox and trenton avenue. the girl said three men wearing ski masks forced her into a vehicle and sexually

assaulted her, and then abandon property, the teen said she managed to escape and run to relative's home. so far no arrest haves been made. >> to a "eyewitness news" exclusive, philadelphia wells fargo employee is facing charges for bank fraud. this is hasante, employee of the wells farring on on adam avenue, facing charges for alleged identity theft and bang fraud, accused of depositing fraudulent checks. she engaged in the scheme with other, the pennsylvania attorney general's office is investigating the case. >> prosecutors in the bill cosby sexual assault trial are expected to focus today on sections of the deposition cosby provided more than decade ago. the 79 year old cosby may not testify in this trial which makes his 2005 deposition important for jurors, reportedly includes details on cosby's use of quaaludes. earlier this week his accuser andrea constand said she was unable to fight off his advance.

hour last night, when it struck the victims at intersection. it also slammed into an empty garbage truck, one officers in critical condition. the other two had injuries that are believed to be non-life threatening. the driver of the pick up truck and passenger arrested. no word on what the charges are. >> and a terrifying hot air balloon mishap caught on video in chads worth, illinois. take a look. >> sudden wind gust caused a collision between two hot air balloons as one of them was taking offer. now the cell phone video captured the balloon operators dangling from the basket, he fell, but escaped some serious injuries. two other inside the basket escaped after their balloon landed behind some trees. >> well, it is not just texting and driving that can be dangerous. one woman in new jersey found out the hard way, texting while walking can be dangerous, too. >> surveillance video shows the woman looking, yes, ma'am, as her phone, before she slipped head first over one of the doors. this happened in plane field, new jersey, the woman there, fell 6 feet down into the

purpose, i know did you. >> he does he's like your welcome. i just heard that. so we generally are looking ahead though to some great beach weather, whether you prefer to head up toward, isn't there a new beach up north, the jersey shore? gunson, something like that? i'm sure people will let me know on twitter or whether you prefer to go to the family friendly places, regardless it is beach weather at it finest coming up the next few days, storm front, quiet. will help trigger couple of showers. today looks stunning, unless you're from the poconos, the most spotty of showers, it triggers couple of scattered showers, don't let it deceive you. most of your weekends looks awesome. most of the south jersey shore point aren't even going to see drop of rain let alone some clouds. future dew point today, are quite nice. remember the dew point measures moisture content, we start to bring this up a lot during the summer, so directly related to how it feels outside. but these dew point are pretty low. even through the height of the afternoon, still generally only into the 50's.
