pledge timothy piazza. the 19 year-old died after falling down the stairs, at a frat house in february, and, following a night of drinking. at today's preliminary hearing prosecutors placed surveillance video from inside the fraternity house that shows piazza final moments. no one called, for help, for him, for 12 hours. these videotapes will undoubted show the various acts, which are spelled out in the grand jury report. the dragging of a young man, failing to attend to him and punching him and other acts which appear in the grand jury report to be indefensible. >> the students charges vary from involuntary man slaught tore aggravated assault. crash involving a tractor trailer has shut down part of the northeast extension, leaving one of the drivers, trapped for an hour. chopper three was over the scene this afternoon, the crash happened in the northbound lanes, between the lansdale and quakertown exits in milford. the box truck was carrying theater seats and much of that

struck appeared to be crushed, under the trailer. the driver was eventually freed, and transported to a hospital, there is no word on his condition. new lets take a look at what is happening right now from our traffic center, the turnpike's northbound lanes remain closed at this time. officials are detouring drivers off the turnpike, at exit number 63, which is route 309. well, philadelphia police have charged a driver after a crash that killed a mother over the weekend. police sources say ryan patrick mchugh was under the influence when his car jumped the core and hit rosa lydia ro jas as she and her two children were walk ago long aramingo avenue in port richmond saturday night. her nine year-old son jaden is recovering from hip and leg injuries. her daughter was not injury. mchugh faces vehicular homicide and a list of other charges. city and school district officials are reaffirming their commitment to increasing graduation rates, of philadelphia high school students. >> "eyewitness news" was in
