good evening, i'm jessica dean >> now philadelphia school district is already reacting, to the rising temperatures. oath sky deck, lauren. and, it ace lit bit of a breeze. and it doesn't really help cool you off too much, because of these hot, temperatures. we have got in the middle 90's yesterday and today was a breeze. same in berks county and 91, right now in atlantic city. feels like temperatures, these could be worse, it is humid but not all, too humid, not oppressive humidity but temperatures still boosted on the order of two to 5 degrees at recording sites when you factor in the humidity and

heat advisory that will, pumping back into effect as we head into tuesday. noon time until 7:00 p.m. for philadelphia county and surrounding counties and so that includes a large portion of the south jersey, northwestern suburbs, parts of the delaware as well. so you really want to take it easy during those main, problems heating hours of the day, and we are in the miss of the heat wave. we have 94 degrees yesterday. 1 degree shy off the record high temperature. we topped out at 94. forecast high for tomorrow is 96 degrees. that bonnie deed break record high temperatures. we will talk more about this extreme heat and when we will get some relief coming up in your full forecast in just a bit. >> lauren, thank you. track temperatures and your full forecast anytime, down load cbs philly weather app available on itunes and google play. within the pennsylvania half an hour, jury deliberations have begun in bill cosby's sexual assault trial. they will deciding whether to convict or acquit, the 79 year-old entertainer, on allegations that date back

more than a decade. our alycia nieves now joins us live from the montgomery county courthouse in norristown where both side made their case to the jury, alycia? >> reporter: well, joe as you said the case against bill cosby is now in the hand of the jury. after all day hearing, lengthy closing arguments, for the defense side and prosecution side, and i mentioned earlier those closing arguments were very aggressive, they were very compelling also. >> prosecutors in montgomery county had all last week to make sexual assault case begins bill cosby. today, the comedian walk in the montgomery county courthouse with his wife under heavy speculation that he might testify. now that it was his defense team turn to tell his side of the story. >> you weigh out every option. why should he testify? >> reporter: in court famous comedian chose not to take the stand telling the judge it was his decision, instead his defense attorney brian mcmonigal in his closing argument would speak directly to the jury for an hour and a

half. he aggressively told jurors what are we doing here? this is nonsense. can we just stop this. mcmonigal dissected andrea constand's testimony and accusation that cosby drugged her and sexually assaulted her , almost mocking her in his closing argument and flat out calling constand a stone called liar. this woman was in the courtroom and also alleged sexual assault by cosby. >> how does he sleep at night. he is such an aggressive bleep , bleep. frankly i would, if i were a juror, i would vote guilty just based on his aggressive antagonistic behavior. >> reporter: for the prosecution, district attorney kevin steel told the jury they should be insulted by defense behavior and closing argument that this case begins cosby is easy to decide because in his 2005 deposition the comedian admits to giving constand drugs, before he had a sexual encounter with her and not

telling her what the drugs were. and, again, the judge just put the fate of the bill cosby in the hand of the jury in sexual assault trial. after spending about an hour charges the jury our greg argos is inside the courtroom and joining us live. >> exactly right. jury just, was handed the jury rules, actual counts against comedian bill cosby. seven men and five women are currently, deliberating right now. they will determine the fate of the comedian. dinner has been ordered by judge and staff here and there is no set time for how long this could take for the jury to deliberate into the evening basically, until they want to, they could continue to deliberate. once again, seven men and five women, six alternates are also in a separate room, everyone is sequestered as they are deciding whether or not to charge and to convict bill cosby on these counts. once again this fridays 2004 these allegations, men and

women of the jury listen to the five days of testimony to day's testimony actually, was very quick but defense wrapping up after just one witness called to the stand. another interesting fact today we have been under a moratorium so to speak when it comes to tweeting or texting or giving any information out from the courtroom but we're told, from court officials if and when jury does reach a verdict this afternoon or even in the coming days, we will be allowed to tweet, text, or even, e-mail that information, out to the public, this is an exception being made by the judge, here, once again, the seven men, five women currently deliberating, no set time, on when, they will wrap up for this evening. we will be out here all evening long, to provide you latest from norristown. we are live from norristown i'm greg argos for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". thank you for those reports. a preliminary hearing is underway in seventh county for 18 penn state students facing charges in connection, with the death of a fraternity pledge. nineteen year-old timothy

piazza died after falling down the steps, at a fraternity house in february, and during an alleged hazing ritual. video presented at today ease hearing show piazza final moments, judge will deciding whether there is enough evidence to send the case to trial. northeast extension was just reopened, moments ago after a crash involving a tractor trailer forced the shut down of all north bound lanes, for hours, this afternoon. chopper three over that scene, the crash happened between lansdale and quakertown exit ness milford. a box truck was carrying, theater seats, and much of that truck appeared to be crushed. the driver was trapped for about an hour but eventually freed and transported to the hospital, no word on his condition. today marks within year since the deadliest mass shooting in modern u.s. history. forty-nine people died, and dozens more were hurt when omar mateen pledged allegiance to isis and opened fire on the crowd at pulse nightclub in orlando, florida. hundreds gathered to day at pulse to pay their respects, and offer support, to

there is thunderstorms. >> reporter: barometric pressure is pressure in the air or amount of force that is being applied to your body from the air. it is linked to headaches, because there is a pressure difference between surrounding atmosphere and sinuses which are filled with air and doctors say that it may force, fluid into the tissue and cause a disruption in fluid balance. >> the heat, also makes you, well, you know, severe headaches, nauseous. feel like you want to vomit in the heat. >> reporter: doctors say increasing magnesium in take prior to the weather change may limit or prevent a migraine and staying hydrated is especially important. >> there is lots of water, pretreat by drinking water before you go outside on a hot , 90-degree humid day. you can lose up to a liter of fluid and hour. you really to have make paying your fluid balance. >> exposure to bright sun can trigger headaches. sunglasses can be helpful, and doctors say they also protect

off the record high today in philadelphia. ninety-four. our high temperature 92 in trenton. broke a record in atlantic city at 93. we had 92 in allentown. that ties us for a record setback in 2015. more 90's are on the way. we're still hanging out in the 90's right now. ninety-one in allentown. ninety-two in philadelphia 90 's in wilmington. same case in ac. it is a little boy sea breeze in our shore towns at 90 degrees in cape may, rehoboth beach is 91. feeling better in ocean city but the beach, the shore is place to be today, with all of this heat, even though high temperatures did climb in the 80's and 90's along the coast, maybe you braved some 64- degree ocean. but a beautiful looking scene as we lah live at margate but as i was talking about that heat index, it is not too brutal because, our heat, index are not too brutal because muggy factor is muggy, steamy, but we are not in this oppressive inn sufferable range, as far as dew points
