it will probably feel even hotter than the thermometer reads through the afternoon because of the building humidity. currently storm scan is quiet. stays that way. actual air temperatures are 75 in the city, 72 in millville, 74 into dover. by comparison, a much cooler start in mount pocono. but everyone's got this humidity to contend with. meanwhile outside of the city, toward palmyra for example, still 76 degrees, so, basically, bottom out right now, the sun coming up at zero as we speak >> meet advisory by noontime. >> katie, thank you so much. yep, looking outside.

have collection containers, program will run through june 23. >> and panhandling is a growing problem in philadelphia, now the city trying new approach to help solve the problem. city officials asking the the public to pick up cell phones instead of their wallets when pan handlers ask for money. you can text to make 5-dollar donation to outreach organizations. city employees say that many times the money handed out on the street is used for the wrong reasons. >> the evidence that we see is that the money is quite likely going to be used for drugs. >> we won't criminalize this behavior. we certainly won't arrest ourselves out after panhandling problem. >> the city says the money raised through the text to give program will benefit social service agencies, that are already in place to help the homeless. well, more than 3,000 dragons will take over citizens bank park today for the second consecutive year, drexel holding its university wide commencement at the ballpark.

just sent it within the last five minute or so. moon still visible, even though the sun has officially risen now within the last 15, 20 minutes, but it is so bright and vibrant that you can still see it real well. this with a taken clearly through the overnight, fill chap line sent this one in, 4:45, he took this real cool looking shot. so much detail. i love it. one more. even despite the blue skies, some of the light of day, that little glimmer of moonlight, as it is beginning, came in from allen, earlier on this morning, switching on back, to the map here, so let's jump past storm scan, take a look at future weather, taking you all the way to noontime here. so, things are still nice and clear. this is also when our heat advisory goes into effect. so we will be going on the air at that point as the heat advisory is technically in effect for fill i and the immediate vicinity. outlying suburbs down near the shore point, don't have to contend with it, but we time step this out. there will be shower, spotty thunderstorm that pops up. really anyone fair game. but you notice, i mean, this
