end we will see speckles of green trying to pop out there. with time some may see a quick shower but lets talk dew point that too is certainly something noticeable. it is still muggy in the region when we walk outside right now. seventy-one at ac airport. dew point. high their dew point gets more steamy it will get and closer it will feel to the actual air temperature. we are at 75 at ac airport. almost at saturation there note that is wind direction. that will be a key component to how things transition today , as this front drops from the northe, the wind flow will come out of the direction as well and with time humidity has a chance to drop off a bit no where near the heat of yesterday, we will hit 96. we did end up with a brand new record but today we are talking high of 83 degrees, far cry from that, just a spotty shower or thunder at some point with the passage of the front itself and it is taking its time to do that so it may be closer toward midday then any wet weather that

direction. then a disabled tractor trailer here schuylkill eastbound ramp to passyunk block ago this point, not slowing down right now you might tap your brakes as you travel on by there right now but overall just be mindful it is out there, lighter, so much easier to see at this point. construction crews we have roving crews on the commodore barry bridge one lane blocked each direction, and you're down to 25 miles an hour, restriction in place, head up, this will slow you down or it certainly will as we approach the 6:00 o'clock hour. construction on the pennsylvania turnpike crews out there westbound between bensalem and willow grove, two lanes blocked there. we have more construction in cherry hill, route 70 between kings highway and haddonfield road one lane opened in each direction, rahel, back over to you. overseas fire fighters are still on the scene of the high rise fire in london that has killed several people. flames are under control but smoke continues to pour from the building, residents say that it started around 1:00 a.m. local time in the local floor apartment. officials have not confirmed how many people were killed or

to look closely a veil of cloud cover as well as showers working its way south. this is the front in question. when i zero into what we're talking about you have to get in tight here. this one is in question, very localized, even between upper darby and chestnut hill this is cut off so there is very heavy rain currently coming down with that, about ready to move in through north east, northern philadelphia, crossing broad street 611 and precipitation rate with this at last check was over an inch , over an inch and a quarter. we will not see that much rainfall but that is blinding rain in this one little spot, and right over schuylkill expressway, so yeah, heading outside the door any second now and you can wait this out i would try to. it is moving along but it is out there. that is what we're finding here from the eyewitness weather watchers, too, they are reporting the same. lets go out to west of the city, 74 comes in from bill layden in cardington and i loved his comment. he has got our cbs philly

what katie was talking about that isolated rain this is what we're seeing. like she said schuylkill at belmont avenue headlights moving in the eastbound direction, taillights clearly moving in the westbound direction. you can see how many vehicles are out there, already, so we are not even in the 6:00 o'clock hour and anytime we will start to get wet roadways people head out there earlier, as you should. i would recommend if you have to go out there give yourself five or 10 minutes, looking pretty busy there somewhere looking dry 95 north at broad street we have an accident pulled over to that far left, and might start to get a gaper delay but we are not going to have congestion levels there not right now moving in the northbound direction they will not be that bad. then we have disable tractor trailer schuylkill eastbound ramp to passyunk blocking that point but you can see nice opened roadways around this area looking good, heading out there right now that was schuylkill eastbound to passyunk but we have another accident in gibbs bureau in new jersey stratford avenue at route 30, white horse pike, just a head up, not slowing
