road and washington road. alternate route 206. northbound left lane that is also blocked around that area that will not slow you down too much right now except for that road closure you have to take alternate but be mindful of it. i will let you know when it clears. delaware, eastbound, river bridge is blocked, jim back over to you. search for motive continues in the shooting that left four people injured including a republican congressman, in the suburbs of washington d.c. >> house majority whip steve scalise remains in critical condition. yesterday morning he and three others were shot during a congressional baseball practice in alexandria, virginia. the gun man 66 year-old james hodgkinson of illinois was shot and killed. investigators believe he may have been in the area since march. >> we believe that the shooter has been living out of his virginia silt in theeman road. >> president trump and his wife visited congressman scalise and one of the officers in the hospital last night. press secretary sean spicer describe the scene in the intensive care unit as

emotional. that basketball game, law mak ers were practicing for will go on as planned tonight at nationals park. a prayer vigil for congressman scalise was held in his hometown of lou san last night. some who attended services said they have known the congressman for years. >> he and my boys grew up together, and his mother was my best friend. >> wow do anything and everything for anyone at anytime. >> residents say they will be praying for his speedy recovery. many are crediting capitol police who were assigned to scalise security detail for saving lives and prevending more injuries. >> not every elected official gets a security detail, that includes pennsylvania congressman ryan costello. he typically car pools to wednesday morning baseball practice but yesterday he missed his ride. >> never before had i been suited up, ready to go to practice and not been able to hitch a ride. >> now regardless of the party affiliation elected officials say threats are just part of the job. cases where threats are deemed

"eyewitness news" caught up with the delead defense attorney brian mcmonigal at the end of another long day. >> obviously everybody is work hard. we are exhausted. we will go home and get some rest. >> reporter: over 12 hours of the deliberations jury asked court to read back andrea constand's testimony recalling night in 2004 that she says her one time mentor drugged her with pills and then sexual ly assaulted her. jurors also asked to to rehear testimony from cheltenham detective richard schaefer who interviewed cosby after constand came forward about the alleged assault. >> is there so much information they are putting the pieces together to the puzzle. they are trying to get it right. >> reporter: cosby spokesmen andre wyatt says comedian has been in a conference room of his own and dubbed his dressing room napping and sharing memories with his team >> during the day he just tells wonderful stories, wonderful stories about the old days and him being on

the george washington bridge last night between new jersey and new york city. authorities say that an suv crashed in the rear of a box truck, that was stopped in traffic on the upper level of the bridge. three people were also injured in this crash, all five victims were in the suv and sources say that they were family members. the accident is under investigation. a boil water advisory in place for residents of the mansfield township burlington county. new jersey american water issued the advicery yesterday after a water main broke near route 206, utility company says there is in evidence of contamination and that the advisory is standard precaution. it recommend township residents boil water for one minute and that includes, watching produce and brushing teeth. american water says it will notify residents when it lifts the advicery. police in bucks county are warning residents after several reports of the bear sightings, one eyewitness sent us these photos of her mother and son took in buckingham township. mother bear is heading south with her cubs. state gaming commission urging

nearby residents do not approach the bears and also recommend securing things like bird feeders, grills, trash cans. well, pennsylvania appeals court is up holding philadelphia's tax on sweetened beverages saying that the taxis not duplicate the state's sales tax. court decision backs decision by a city judge last year, they agree that the beverage tax on distributors does not target the same people, as the sales tax. city experts say revenue will fall short of the 46 million-dollar, that the tax was supposed to generate for this fiscal year. well, top graduates from high schools all across philadelphia will be recognized by the school district today. district valedictorians and others will receive a certificate highlighting their achievements at a reception hosted at the school district offices. student musician from his various schools will provide entertainment and light refreshments will be served. students will take part in the processional during the school reform commission evening. coming up more than a dozen people are still in

ups who shot and killed three collogues filed a grievance about working overtime. shooting happened at a ups warehouse in san francisco. jimmy lamb walked in the warehouse and opened fire. some ran for safety on the building's roof, others ran outside and began shouting for help. >> i am most concern about my employees to make sure we have as many counselors that are needed on site for all of their support. >> lamb fatally shot himself

before killing three others and injuring two more, all victims were ups employees. they have not released a motive but they do know in march gunman requested that ups relief him of working overtime. well, residents used faith to support each other following london's deadly apartment fire. volunteers pitched into provide food for victims yesterday at a community, evening meal that many muslims eat after the holy month of ramadan. twelve people were killed and nearly 80 were injured after this 24 story building caught fire yesterday. so far people have raised over one million-dollar u.s. dollars on line for victims relief efforts. this morning london fire commissioner says the high rise blaze is finally out, police don't expect to find anymore survivors but they do expect to find, more victims. the fire started on the fourth floor early wednesday morning, and last year this building underwent a multi million-dollar renovation, and now authorities suspect that materials used during the renovations could have acted

happy thursday, gateway to our weekend is here we are looking outside right now and the road look really nice and dry. yesterday got weird with those , spotty showers, but today it looks like it will be dry from the sound of it, it will look nice for our morning commute. so we will see it every day. montgomery drive, headlights moving in the eastbound direction looking good, you can see neighbors out there, also 202 near king of prussia taillights moving in the northbound direction, headlights moving in the southbound direction, beautiful sky starting to shape up. but we have an accident investigation, investigation underway, accident around 3:45 underway in princeton, new jersey. route one northbound and southbound now are closed, between harrison street and washington road. your alternate would be route 206, for a while it was just one side and now both side north and south. factor that into your morning commute this morning. i will let you know when that clears. we have another accident here in new jersey turnpike southbound pennsylvania route 322 partial right lane is block, we will talk about more construction when we come back in 10 minutes, rahel, back
