"eyewitness news" reporter joe holden has been tracking details of this trial from the very beginning, and joins us live from norristown, joe, what can you tell us about what is happening at this hour >> reporter: lets get you up to speed right now, the judge, and defense and prosecution are all in chambers right now, court is telling cbs-3 "eyewitness news" it is not clear what is going on. there has been no official e-mails blast that we have become accustomed to indicating that the jury has a question or if there is some other development, however, outside here right now, wild speculation, continues, on about what this jury might be up to. bill cosby's accusers begin to size up the possibility that this jury might hang. >> just very tired, you know, i feel emotionally drained by it all. >> reporter: victoria valentino said cosby drugged and assaulted her decade ago they never resulted in charges

>> he is -- >> that is is what holding them up. >> i think there is somebody, perhaps that just doesn't want to see this celebrity go down. >> reporter: jury late thursday morning announced it had dead locked on all three aggravated indecent assault charges. cosby's team shot out of the courthouse to commend the jury , and backtrack on claims it was an all out victory for them. >> when golden state warriors beat cavilers, it is a win. a win is a win. >> reporter: mood in the courtroom was anxious, judge told jury to keep working. jurors have now been away from their homes in allegheny county since last sunday with limited contact with family, meanwhile accusers and their lawyers are not convinced that the jury cannot come up with a resolution. >> we will await, their decision, ultimately there will be one. i think mr. cosby's claim of victory was premature. >> this is not a visitation of anybody or not the end, it is not over until it is over and it is not over just yet.

fifty year-old two term demies accused of using money from a political action committee for his own personal use. williams has denied any wrongdoing. authorities tonight say that they are examining a cell phone, computer and camera found inside of a van where james hodgkinson lived. he is at alleged gunman who opened fire yesterday on congressional republicans, at a baseball practice. house majority whip steve scalise of louisiana remains in critical condition. scalise was fielding balls at second base when he was shot in the hip. he is already underwent three surgeries. president trump and first lady visited scalise last night. >> i visited steve and his family at the hospital last night. i reassured them that the entire country is pulling for them, praying for them and that we are here for them every single step of the way. >> scalise was among four people shot, yesterday. tonight, meantime lawmakers

"eyewitness news". >> thank you. the pilot of the blimp flying over the u.s. open was seriously injured after the aircraft, crashed this afternoon. eyewitnesses say that blimp went down quickly and the crash was followed by several explosions. it was advertising above the tournament at aaron hills golf course in business conn sin. pilot was only person on board , he was reportedly ejected and treated for serious injuries including burns. police are investigating a crash that damage part of the haven memorial park cemetery in chester township delaware county. that happened before 11:30. chopper three over that scene as official as zested damage, it is unclear if anyone was hurt. also, philadelphia police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in the assault and robbery of an elderly woman. as seen in this surveillance video, the eight two-year old woman was followed near corner of battersby street and tyson avenue in mayfair this was june 1. unknown female suspect grabbed the victim's purse and threw

her to the ground. police say victim injured her elbow in this assault. if you have any information please cat police right away. also police are hoping to identify these flimflam artist whose defrauded a, cashier out of $700. two men were caught on surveillance at the deli on the 200 block of mcclellan street. police say one suspect bought a soda with a hundred dollars bill and confused cashier asking to exchange small and large bills. call police if you have any information about this case. this time of the year is the best time to enjoy outdoors, but it is also most buggy time. health officials say play a big part in winning battle against bugs and "eyewitness news" reporter cleve bryan shows us how. >> reporter: when it comes fighting off those flying biting machines otherwise known as mosquitoes battle ground is under water. last year camden county distributed more than 200,000 fat head minute owes throughout south jersey as eco friendly method of mosquito

further in the oppressive range as we head into saturday and sunday as well with dew point as approaching near 70 degrees. overnight tonight not too bad mostly cloudy still in the cool side dropping down to 64. we will see isolated showers developing especially east of i-95. for our friday passing thunderstorms possible in the morning and then again in the afternoon more humid with a high of 82 degrees. storm scan three showing us quiet conditions right new we have a frontal boundary up wind, line of storms looking potent but models will say that will not build in as that front will slow on down and stall out as we head in the next several days. for tomorrow that chance of the passing thunderstorms and this weekend spotty showers, thunderstorms be sure to have that backup plan for outdoor plans. monday we will see strong cold front come through and clear everything out but before that happens it will be most ago i have day with period of heavy rain and potential for strong thunderstorms. so with all this storm
