region either out to sea or west. but it will nudge east and as it does, a shower or thunderstorm is going to fire up for you. so not everyone gets at any given time. the whole day is not sure close to a wash-out but you do have the unsettled weather out there. the due points are starting to creep up a little bit. in short, it's starting to feel steamier but at the moment, relatively low. they are definitely higher in a wildwood, in millville, and dover you feel a little steamier in these spots. you're only right around 60, give or take up and down i95 and the lower the due point gets the drier the air and the more comfortable it will feel with time that does begin to change, 68 the temperature currently at the air, 66 in philadelphia, and up at mount pocono 56 right now but as the day progresses it does warm up sufficiently. we'll get you to 83 with a pop-up shower or thunderstorm any time throughout the course of the day but at least a little sun trying to peak through. >> meisha >> thanks so much. very good morning to you, happy

friday. looking at the vine, crews kind of moving out of the way. westbound is open, eastbound side clearing out. the vine you get a big thumbs up clearing out of the way but the ben franklin bridge. you have construction westbound downside it's the two right lanes, the two right lanes are blocked by cones a little bit we were seeing construction crews moving around but the two lanes that are closed are going to make two drivable lanes open for you the far left ones, this isn't going to slow you down there's supposed to be moving out of the way by 6:00. it will slow you down in the 6:00 hour, confirm as soon as it does, ben franklin bridge looking ok. 95 northbound ramp to route 141 northbound that reopens today and 141 northbound the ramp 295 northbound is closed until august 17th and heads up here, 295 north is closed. we'll talk more about this coming up in the next ten minutes new this morning, authorities say a man in critical condition after being shot in the chest.

this happened on the 5,000 block of germantown avenue around 12:30 this morning, authorities say the man was also shot in the leg, inspector scott small said it happened in front of of an open chinese restaurant >> what is unusual. when the shooter walked up to the victim he fired multiple shots from pointblank range at the victim and standing in close proximity to the victim were at least ten people on the sidewalk: >> officials are hoping private surveillance video will help them fire officials are trying to figure out what caused a house fire in delaware county. we're told the fire started before 2:00 a.m. we do one person was taken to the hospital. but still no word how exactly that person is doing. 40 hours of deliberations and still no verdict. the jurors in the bill cosby trial will try again.

trang do has been on verdict watch all week and is back live outside the courthouse in norristown with more on what we can expect. good morning, trang. >> good morning, as you can imagine, these jurors are exhausted and frustrated about 30 hours in, they told judge steven o'neill they were deadlocked. he told them to get back to work. meanwhile outside of the courthouse, the mood alternated between boredom and chaos. a drum core added to the frenzy outside the montgomery county courthouse on day nine of bill cosby's sexual assault trial. tensions between cosby's accusers and supporters coming to a head amid news of a deadlock >> he drugged and raped me. >> before 11:30, jurors returned to the courtroom to tell judge steven o'neill they were unable to come to an agreement on any

judge scheduled to announce verdict today in a trial of a massachusetts woman charged with encouraging her boyfriend to kill himself. she could face up to 20 years if convicted in the 2014 suicide of 18-year-old couldn't raid roy the third. prosecutors say carter sent text messages to roy telling him to commit suicide, a verdict will be announced at 11:00 a.m. and police need your help looking for a suspect after an directlily woman was attacked in broad daylight. the whole incident was caught on camera back on june 1st. the video shows the 82-year-old woman being followed near the corner of batters bee street and tyson avenue in mayfair, he grabs her purse, throws her to the ground, the victim hurt her

katie. yes. >> i'll take it late than never. >> let's talk about the weather, we do have a little bit of unsettled weather we got to tell you about for the upcoming weekend. hang on, it's not looking to me like it will be a wash-out at all. we are starting the morning off as we take you to the graphics. specifically at the boardwalk plaza in rehoboth beach. it's a little drearry had the moment. if you look closely on two folks walking up the boardwalk, there's little dampness, telltale sign of showers we'll find throughout the course of the day. spotty showers, spot thunderstorm and we stay on unsettled side. we'll turn our focus to the tropics where there is a 50% chance of development with an area of showers and thunderstorms just off and this may end up moving northeast. i don't anticipate that this is necessarily a problem here locally but some tropical

moisture could get drawn in with this, it's still remains to be seen, since it is many days away from having any impact on our shore lines but meantime, looking back here, locally, and state side in the mountains, these icons sometimes can make it look worse than it will be, any showers and thunderstorms out there for the next three days in the poconos or anywhere else, will be spotty in nature, and scattered. you're not talking about stormy weather all day long. if you do have plans and you're heading to the mountains, i'd say go for it but expect that a stray shower or thunderstorm may pop. looking forward to monday -- back here in the city, it will be sunny but a spotty shower or storm once more. of. a very good good morning to all of you if you're waking you mean. grabbing your first cup of coffee, we're glad you are here. looking outside right now at the schuylkill to the boulevard. both moving in the westbound, eastbound direction, i don't want to really say heat up but more vehicles are starting to hit the roadway. you're awaking up tonight.
