on scale can do an incredible amount of damage. we had a tornado that impacted berks county. maximum within speeds at 80. two miles near the mountain springs campgrounds. the only damage, unrooted snapped trees. you can't look at a tornado and say that's an ef 1 or 2, what happens is a survey team meteorologists go out, analyze the damage, the severity of the damage and then they give that a rating. that's why we saw the storms. teams going out this morning and earlier and we're seeing the final reports coming in. they were ef 0 considered minor, delaware kind of borderline ef 1 tornado, you can see why it's important if we have a tornado warning to seek safe shelter and act appropriately because lowest level on the scale can produce the damage we saw in the video in delaware.
