>> i'm rahel solomon. we have rain coming in, matt peterson filling in for katie. >> looks like sea isle summer fest weather should be pretty good. silver lining. we do have showers this morning, but we will be seeing some drier conditions, at times, later this afternoon, that is some good news for us, but before we get to that better weather we see later today we have again showers, maybe isolated rumble every thunder here this morning, then as we go into the weekends, watching for an influx of tropical moisture, renmant every cindy will be sliding into the region, colds front comes on through, too, that will give us showers, maybe isolated rumble every thunder, as we go later tonight, into tomorrow morning, higher heat, humidity, starting today, and lasting throughout our saturday. then improvement for us as we get into sunday. much drier air moving in on the back side of the cold front coming out of canada. it will be a little cooler, real nice, as we get toward the end of the weekend.

storm scan3 for us right now, though, shows the cloud cover don't see any precipitation, that's good, but for the most part this rain is going to hold together as it tracks eastward, and it will be moving in to the western suburbs, northern delaware, probably in the next couple of hours, and then as it get into fill at this will be right in time for moving rush looks like right now. do be prepared for that. 70s for us currently out there, warm, muggy, 87 degrees the high in fill, in the 80s down the shore, too. >> 70s up in the pocono, talking more about the showers, thunderstorms, nicer weather by the end of the weekends, giles, in just a bit. >> matt, thank you, see you in a bit. >> burlington bristol bridge scheduled to open for ship crossing at approximately 5:25. you can however use the delaware river bridge as an alternate. >> and here is a live look at some construction on route 322, chester, delaware county, left lane as we can see here is block, in both directions, between highland avenue and

medicaid, and allowing states to reduce coverage for people with pre-existing conditions like herself. >> it will hurt a lot of peoplement and it will hurt it to give tax break to rich people. >> the bill get rid of the individual mandate and it taxes, but retains many of obamacare's tax credit. >> while ongoing protest in remains peaceful, capitol police arrested 43 people, caring some of the angry protesters away from senator mcconnell's office. the senator, though, remained un-phased on the senate floor. >> because the obamacare is a direct attack on the middle class and american families deserve better than its failing status quo. >> president trump tweeted his support, but at least four senate republicans have already voiced their opposition to the bill. >> this current draft doesn't get the job.

resort town of brianhead. so far the fire has scorched more than 17,000 acres destroyed one home. officials say the fire is growing at an unprecedented rate, but, they're not surprised. >> we new we would have some of the same weather conditions we had yesterday. fire of this magnitude with this much energy out there, just does what it want. >> authority believe the fire was spark by someone trying to burn weeds with a torch. that suspect could face charges with fire fighting costs expected to reach mower than a million dollars. tornado formed the heals of tropical storm cindy causing serious damage in central alabama. take a look, twister destroyed several buildings around birmingham, debris went through windows, torre part structures, local inside of a kfc also torn apart. roof of an auto shop caved in. one person in the area was hurt but not life threatening

year, the sixers with the number one overall pick here, at the nba draft at the barclay center in brooklyn, new york. shortly after 7:30 p.m. the commissioner adam silver stepped into the podium and making the announcement. >> with the first pick in the 2017nba draft, the philadelphia 76ers select markelle fultz. from the university of washington. >> confirm wag we already know, markelle fultz, the guards out of washington is the number one overall selection in the nba draft. he's a six-four, play maker, and he is weighing about 190 pounds, average 23-point per game, during his only season in college. the interesting thing about this guy is that he was cut from his varsity team, just a few years ago, and now, here he is, the number one overall selection. i had a chance to go one-on-one with him, and i asked him what his emotions were once he heard the commissioner call his name. >> i just felt like god
