schuylkill to the vine and we are waiting on still but westbound side all opened, eastbound side looking okay as well. we have this accident in new jersey, garden state parkway north bound pennsylvania the tolls, two right lanes are block. you are traffic at posted speed but i wouldn't doubt if that starts to slow down real soon. also, we had an accident last night, 11:20 p.m. amtrak northeast corridor take a look at this you will definitely want to check your schedules on line. amtrak train hit and killed two people, i been investigations underway, southbound toward baltimore, d.c. expect some cancellations again just check those schedules on line and we have more to talk about in the next 10 minutes and more accidents as well, jim and jan, back over to you. sixteen year-old girl is recovering after she was shot several times at a neighborhood barbecue in southwest philadelphia. >> "eyewitness news" reporter trang do is live at penn presbyterian medical center this morning where she just spoke with that victim's mother, trang do, what can you tell us. >> reporter: well, good morning, jan and jim.

i spoke to her on the street, she identified her as diamond quit core. she's resting in stable condition at penn presbyterian hospital. look at this picture of diamond that her mother provided, that she provided to me this morning. and, johnstown pennsylvania, and, the family and friend, she has no idea why her daughter and her young friend were targeted. before you take a look at video of the scene, overnight in southwest philadelphia. shooting happened just after midnight on the 5900 block of springfield avenue. police say a small group of teens were hanging out on the front steps of the home when someone opened fire on them. now diamond was hit, in the leg, hip, chest, both of her arms, she was only one in the group of four, hit by gunfire, officers rushed her to penn presbyterian hospital where she's recovering. diamond's mother towand a davis talked to me about how she's feeling this morning, lets take a listen. >> i'm just hurt right now.

i don't know, i don't know. this has got to stop. because when they went across her chest they just missed it. it could have killed my child. she was in the back of the cop car she thought that she was going to die. >> reporter: right now police do not have a description of the shooter but they are hoping surveillance cameras in the neighborhood will help them with that. meanwhile diamond is slated for surgery later today but for now we are live outside penn presbyterian hospital i'm trang do, for cbs-3 eyewitness nice. police say victim in the deadly accident on the boulevard was not using a crosswalk, and investigators tell "eyewitness news" that the 36 year-old man was hit by two vehicles near wyoming avenue in olney about 12:30 this morning. the drivers of the both vehicles stayed there on the scene and now police are

interviewing eyewitnesses. a community is coming together to remember a woman murdered in a north philadelphia park. a vigil set for 5:00 o'clock tonight at dobbins high school at 21st and lehigh avenue in memory of deborah gulliver, the three three-year old was walking home saturday morning when she was stabbed 12 times in rayburn park, friend say that she used it as a short cut to her house, police are offering a $20,000 reward for helping in finding her killer. well philadelphia's mayor jim kenney and other city officials are learning that for more than a year their phone conversation where is secretly recorded by the fbi. this is wiretap notice that the officials received from the federal government. recordings are part of the fbi probe into john dougherty, head of the local 98. last august, agents raided dougherty's home in southwest philadelphia. they also went to the union headquarters on spring garden street. back on "eyewitness news", new jersey based drug maker merck is target by computer hackers in an international sign's tack. it all started in ukraine, yesterday, and has quickly spread to 80 companies around the world. merck is second largest drug maker in the u.s. hackers encrypted files on the computer network and now demanding money to decrypt files. merck isn't alone a pittsburgh area hospital and health care system is recovering from a sign's tack. we are told intrusion was linked to the other hacks report add cross the globe some patients were forced to reschedule medical procedures, since the commuters were down. officials say they are using same protocol they were using during a disaster. horrific bus crash is caught on camera in detroit but as we show you this video, everyone survived.

wow. a crash happened last month but authorities just released surveillance video they blame a teenage driver for speeding through a stop sign. police in paterson, new jersey are searching for a suspect who stole a street sweeper. it happened just before 2:00 this morning as worker was changing a garbage bag, suspect went on a joy ride for a half a mile crashing into several cars before running away, worker was not injured but there is extensive damage to those park cars. well, forecast to be very pleasant day in connecticut but yesterday there was a real different story. >> take a look, cell phone video of heavy rain, hail pounding a home in the eastern part of the state. now this storm started moving across the state yesterday afternoon also bringing strong wind. meantime in rhode island strikes of lightening lit up
