half of our region, even still, if you reside from philly on north, certainly do not have to cancel any outdoor plans, eventually we will see more activity ignite on the leading edge of this, that's where we ends up with the best chance for shower or thunderstorm, so second half of the day, even come noontime, highly likely we haven't seen drop of rain anywhere in our local area at that point. but it, will take us into the afternoon where things start to fire up, in the, you're down the shore, cape may, atlantic county, heck even the rest of the jersey shore up to ocean, monmouth county, won't see anything out of this until later on this evening, so, that would be your best chance, anyway. but in the, it is scattered in nature. it is not a particularly potent frontal boundary but does become stationary off to the south. again you have to worry about shower or thunderstorm firing up at some point, maybe natural fireworks go on for your fourth every july. but still, you have got picnic plans, fireworks plans, you should be able to get them n those fireworks will likely either be wrapping up or getting underway around 10:00 tomorrow night, and it
