held later this morning at st. paul baptist church in west chester. authorities say 28 year old david desper shot roberson last week after both drivers tried to merge into the same lane on route 100 in west goshen. desper turned himself in and is being held without bail. >> bill cosby goes on trial again on sexual assault charges, this fall. judge steven o'neil says all party must report to the montgomery county courthouse in norristown on november 6. last month, the judge declared a mistrial, when the jury could not reach averred. cosby is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting andrea constand, in his montgomery county home back in 2004. constand said the relationship was concentual. >> a nine month old baby is revived with a opioid reversing drug after stuck with a needle in manayunk, her father facing charges, police called to the home, green lane, around 6:30, wednesday night. paramedics there found 35 year old steven welch's daughter unresponsive with the needle
