patrick, from newtown township, he has not been seen or heard from since 6:00 p.m. wednesday july 5th. his family said he has also not shown up for work which is very unusual. anyone who has seen him asked to call bucks county police dispatch. also reported missing 18 year old dean, from langhorne, police say dean was last seen this past friday july 7. getting into a vehicle on hampton drive around 6:30 p.m. anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call middletown township police. now two, other men from bucks county also reported missing, they're 22 year old mark sturgis, and 21 year old tom meo. the pair last seen together friday night in the doylestown area. sturgis' father told "eyewitness news" that the two men are friends, so there was possible break in the case that led police to search home on acqua tongue home solebury township 7:00 p.m., but it is unclear what brought investigators to that house, and if they found any clues there. let's take a look again at their photos, one more time,

missing men are jimmy tar patrick, dean, marge stir gist, tom meo. bucks county district attorney offers, and several police departments are combining efforts to ensure these men come home safely. but for now, live in solebury township, trang do, cbs-3, "eyewitness news," rahel, jim, back to you. >> let's hope they do, trang, thank you. >> also new this morning, pedestrian is badly injured after being hit by a car this camden county. the crash happened before 12:30, 2,000 block of egg harbor road in lindenwald. the driver did stay at the scene. still, waiting for update on the victim's condition. no injuries row reported following tractor-trailer fire in south philadelphia. this happened around 10:30 last night, the 3300 block of columbus boulevard. firefighters had the flames un control within an hour. no word yet on what caused that blaze. >> it is back and forth this morning for members every penn state fraternity charged in the death of 19 year old pledge. during the preliminary hearing, a judge will decide if there is enough evidence

for the case to go to trial. the 18 members of beta theta pie will return for the hearing today. the seven-day forecast brothers waived their hearing. timothy piazza of lebanon new jersey died after heavy night of drinking at bid acceptance party at the frat house. suffered traumatic brain injuries after falling downstairs in the house. >> and a man in critical condition this morning, after he was gunned down in front after group of children in kensington. it happened just before 4:00 yesterday afternoon. along the 1800 block every east atlantic street near kensington avenue. police say the 21 year old victim was shot multiple times as he left a grocery store, authorities tell us group of children playing in a kiddie pot along the sidewalk. >> around here, not a bad neighborhood. but for you to let off shots in front of kids, you don't have no respect for your so far. you don't have respect for your kids watch if one of them got hit. >> now, none of the children were hurt right now police working to identify a suspect and a motive.

today septa conductors will start checking ticket again on certain regional little trains in philadelphia. change applies to five station frost three p.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekdays. they include temple, jefferson, suburban, 30th street and university city stations. conductors stop checking tickets at those stops last summer while septa's silver liner fleet was out of service. travelers will also have to get their ticket punched before entering the train platform at the stations. >> well, pennsylvania governor tom wove has until midnight tonight to takings on the state's budget. lawmakers in harrisburg sent the governor a $32 billion spending plan ten days ago, that plan becomes law at midnight even without the governor's signature. you can also choose to veto it, fully or partially. budget negotiators now trying to patch up a deficit of more than $2 billion before tonight's deadline. >> healthcare se is the top priority of congress as they return from their fourth every july recess.
