construction, construction. but today in particular is every where and it is slowing you down all right. >> well, heat is big story on my side of the desk for sure even though we will likely see additional showers, thunderstorms later today. lets talk about that heat. lots of pretty colors when we have this kind of a situation, on the map when it comes to an alert. we have excessive heat warnings in that magenta shade aired use up and down i-95, surrounding communities and rest of the region is going to be in the heat advisory. everybody is in one or the other from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. may feel as hot as 99 to 103 degrees at peak of the day so, this is what we're essentially walking outside the door and have to deal with through the course of the afternoon but it will be at its peak midday. as we look outside, there should be a hundred tane in the distance, le hanging included cover skewing that view but we are at 67 degrees there. far cry from the warmth we are finding elsewhere to the south we will show that to you in a

tents covered 12 and a half foot grave where investigators painstakingly recovered remains of dean finocchiaro one of the four young men who went missing. cadaver dogs led police to the location on the sprawling 90- acre property in solebury owned by the family of cosmo dinardo, person of interest in the disappearance of the jimmy patrick on wednesday and dean finocchiaro, tom meo and mark sturgis on friday. bucks county district attorney mark wine taubb is in the saying how he was killed, and saying that there is still a lot of work to be done. >> there are additional human remains inside that grave. so this painstaking process will go on. we are not done just yet. this is a homicide, make no mistake about it. we just don't know how many homicide we are yet to know the answer to that question. >> meanwhile 20 year-old cosmo dinardo is back in jail after

his father bailed him out on unrelated weapons charges on tuesday. police arrested him gannon wednesday, he is accused of stealing and trying to sell the car of tom meo one of the missing men. police found the koran dinardo family property, with the title and meo's diabetic kit inside which his family says he needed to stay alive. d.a. says he will pursue homicide charges in this case, meanwhile dinardo is being held on five million-dollar bail on those theft charges. he will to have post full amount in order to be freed. we are live from solebury township i'm trang do for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". back to you. well, we know at lee one connection between cosmo dinardo and one of the missing men they both attended the same high school. >> "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao is live at holy ghost prep with this part of the story, good morning, jan. >> reporter: well, rahel and jim, good morning, we spoke to the friends of the 19 year-old jimi patrick a 2016 graduate

of holy ghost here in bensalem he just finished up his freshman year at loyala university in baltimore this morning, despite overnight developments, his friends are still holding out hope and praying for his safe return. take a look at the video. this is who we're talking about. jimi patrick from newtown township. he and cosmo dinardo are listed as friends on facebook. on line record indicate that dinardo and patrick attended holy ghost together but dinardo was year ahead graduate nothing 2015. patrick was first of four men to be reported missing last week, patrick reported miss on wednesday, other three men reported miss on friday. today his college friends are holding out hope despite investigators finding those human remains. >> crazy to think that someone you know, you seed every day to be in that situation. he was a good kid. so sweet, so nice.
