news" reporter david spunt whose voice you heard in that video he has breaking developments from doyletown, david. >> jessica and ukee, not even 15 minutes after district attorney matt weintraub says there would be big updates later tonight we ran into cosmo dinardo's attorney paul lange about 15 minutes after that we ran into cosmo dinardo being transferred. he admitted to killing all four missing men. he told authorities where bodies were as well. take a listen to this exchange as he got in the sheriff's vehicle. you admitted to killing four people. what do you have to say to these families, anything to say, are you sorry. >> i'm sorry. >> why did you do it. >> mr. dinardo this evening confessed, to the district attorney. >> he confessed to his participation or commission, in the murders, of, the four young men. in exchange for that confession mr. dinardo was promised by the district

remains. >> "eyewitness news" reporter anita oh joins us from the crime scene with that part of the coverage, anita. >> reporter: investigators found those remains buried american 12 feet underground. tonight we are learning more of those two young men from their family and friend and amid these heart breaking developments these family, friend, loved won say they are trying to remain strong. >> i mean, only reason i'm in the crying right now, it is because if i cry, don't cry for me. >> reporter: daniel says for past several months he work with 19 year-old dean finocchiaro whose body was found overnight buried on the solebury farm. friend have been collecting messages on construction paper and say they plan to give them to his family. >> crazy thing, man, i cannot even believe it. i mean last week we were working together now he is gone. >> reporter: investigators have been searching for 19 year-old jimi patrick, 21 year-old tom meo and mark sturgis all missing since last

attorney, said they will bring these four homes to their families one way home or the another. even with the confession, it does not take away from the delicate, nature of this investigation and element of these crews, in solebury. investigators pushed back, as 12 and a half feet mark where remains were found and announced last night. investigators continue to work on the dinardo family property and the grave, found here. new we did speak with fbi special agent jj claybeener led investigators to the area wouldn't have been troubled by the deaths of that hole and due to the need to preserve details of this case, much of this digging by investigators is being done by hand. no some cases, physically, shifting soil as we have seen here on the site but he add if 20 year-old cosmo dinardo did dig this grave all by himself it could not have been by hand

act of pure evil, all we can do is continue to pray, and hope that these boys are found , she went on to write, hopefully the system will not fail and we can get justice for our boys and their families. be sure to stay with "eyewitness news" as this case continues to unfold as if there are any new developments we will have them for you here on tv and also at cbs philly .com. now our other top story a dual threat tonight weather-wise, tornado warning just expired in much of the region, and meteorologist lauren casey joins us now from the weather center with a look at temperatures and radar and what is going on, lauren. >> it hads been a very active last few hours, severe thunderstorm watch does remain for large portion of the delaware valley until 9:00 o'clock tonight you can see areas in yellow under that watch that does include center city philadelphia, we have seen quite a bit of severe weather north of center city philadelphia, and we have two severe thunderstorm warnings in effect for potential of 60 miles an hour wind this severe thunderstorm warning in

effect for portions of central , bucks, montgomery county until 6:30, it includes lower providence, norristown, upper dublin and warminster that cell moving east/northe at 30 miles an hour, heaviest of rainfall torrential in rain nature, frequent overhead lightening just exiting lansdale over prospectville area, warrington you will see that intensity of rainfall pick up in the next minor two. that cell is moving its way off to thee so eventually northampton, wait for that cell to move in head up for you and ocean county under a severe thunderstorm warning with that kind of cluster of strong to severe weather moving through potential for 60 miles an hour wind, and quarter sized hail in ocean county. as we head in the next couple of hours and first parts of tonight, we will see these scattered strong to potentially severe storms they will be wrappedly developing and rapidly strengthening because our atmosphere is so unstable, damaging wind threats and as we have already seen we have had an isolated tornado threat and that will

persist for for the next several hours up until about sunset that severe thunderstorm watch remains until 9:00 o'clock tonight. we will talk about this storm threat, another storm threat for tomorrow, and when this extreme heat will bray break coming up in your full forecast in just a few. >> lauren, thanks very much. search is an for suspect who used a torch in his attempt to break in the gas station, this was all caught on camera on the 10,000 block of bustleton avenue in somerton. he tried pry opened front door with the crowbar and when that failed, he covered his face, and then fired up the torch. the burglary attempt failed and ran from the scene but anyone with any information is asked to call the police. points tell us how humid it feels when you step outside. in the mid to upper 70's, it is ridiculously humid, florida type, south florida type humidity when you step outside because we are dealing with the extreme temperatures and the extreme humidity we still do have excessive heat warning in effect for philadelphia, surrounding suburbs and then for remainder of the area heat advisory until 8:00 p.m. this evening. as we head in the next several hours we will continue with strong thunderstorms potentially severe and overnight tonight lingering showers still quite steamy only falling back to 75 degrees. no relief from the humidity tomorrow, some relief from the heat and 85 degrees. we will see downpours, thunderstorms particularly during evening hours and again those could be on the stronger side but we are dealing with severe weather, severe thunderstorm watch in the yellow shade aired use until 9:00 this evening and we have seen convection or thunderstorm activity over last several hours. just a trend, kind of line of

storms getting in the line, organizes, itself but slowly shifting off to the south and so i think we will see that threat push its way south bun as we head in the next several hours but right now still do have severe thunderstorm warning for parts of the montgomery county and bucks county, until 6:30 for 60-mile an hour wind, heaviest of rain over warminster and warrington nearly continuing lightening and for for rainfall as that cell moves offe at 30 miles an hour. severe thunderstorm warning for ocean county, that is until 6:45. you can see just how quickly these cells and then violater are forming. this is a two hour loop nothing in cape may county northern cape may county and then that cell flaring up and rapidly strengthening as well. so slowly moving off to the east. that is threat over next several hours heavy downpours potential for strong gusty wind, highlight evening threat , low hail threat, low tornado threat but does not mean that the threat does not exist. we have seen a couple tornado

warnings. future weather will show us in the next several hours that line of thunderstorms moving to the south. we could see this pushing in south jersey shore and delaware for second half of the evening and quite iting down overnight tonight. severe weather threat in a slight risk for tomorrow as well. we need to be on guard once again. spotty morning showers and then afternoon and evening thunderstorm warning storm arms, skat toward widespread strong to severe weather once again late day tomorrow before we quiet things down and clear things out just in time for upcoming weekend, high temperature in the upper 80's, lower hugh mid and a lot of sunshine but man, been a tough go and we will have another tough go again tomorrow afternoon and evening, thanks, mother nature. >> we're ready for it. >> thanks, lauren don's up next with sports. >> phillies could be in the running for one of the baseball's best talking trade rumors. plus markelle fultz making plays off the court up next in
