and big news today. >> indeed, jessica we will see you shortly. new developments in the case of the four missing young men in bucks county. investigators recovered and identified bodies of all four victims. police say cast mow dinardo confessed to the killing and facing murder charges for each victim. dinardo's cousin sean kratz is charged with murder in connection with the slayings of three of the victims. investigators also say they have recovered the murder weapon. police say all four victims were shot before being buried on a bucks county farm. "eyewitness news" reporter anita oh begins our team coverage in doyletown. >> reporter: that is right probable cause affidavit outlines disturbing details of these four murders, all of the men have been shot, killed, buried after reportedly agreeing to buy marijuana from cosmo dinardo who recently confessed to the slayings. >> i don't know what convinced him, but i'd like to think that he wanted to help us get these boys home. >> reporter: that confession led investigators to the

bodies of all four men who disappeared in bucks county last week, 19 year-old jimmy patrick, 21 year-old thomas meo two two-year old mark sturgis and dean finocchiaro. authorities charged shawn kratz and both 20 years old in connection with the killings. bucks county district attorney matthew weintraub said he struck a deal with dinardo taking death penalty off table in exchange for a confection and location of the last body. >> we would still be looking for jimi patrick had we not made this agreement. >> reporter: investigators found three of the young men buried more than 12 feet underground in what dinardo called a pig roaster on his parent's farm they found patrick's body buried a half mile away at top of the hill on the property. affidavit states that two of the men were shot at separate times while neo and sturgis were shot while together. dinardo reportedly told authorities he also ran over meo's body with the backhoe before burying it. despite heart breaking developments weintraub praised public for their tips, large

team of investigators and family of the four young men. >> i pray that i could handle this, with the courage, and the dignity that they exhibited. >> reporter: both dinardo and kratz were arraigned in district court this afternoon. reporting from doyletown i'm anita oh for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". dinardo and kratz were arraigned on homicide charges, alycia nieves is in doyletown tonight with more on the legal proceedings, alycia. >> reporter: well, ukee both were arraigned, just two hours ago in a video conference that they had, both were denied bail. cosmo's arraignment was very brief, this is third arraignment he has had in this past week as far as sean kratz that arraignment took a little while longer and we have learn more about him today. it was a mystery of four young men disappearing in bucks county police now have two confessions to murder. yesterday cosmo dinardo of bensalem first admitted to

killing all four men and now today sean kratz of philadelphia has confessed to police his role in the three of the men who went missing last week. kratz was arrested and charged just after a home in ambler that kratz lived in from time to time was searched today. >> nice guy just talked to him like every day. >> reporter: these neighbors are surprised that the nice young man they knew could have anything to do with the murders in bucks county. >> i can't believe it. i don't want to believe it. >> reporter: bill hail told us sean kratz had guns but didn't think he would have used them illegally. then he was kratz trying to end the interview. >> you people are trespassing. >> as far as sean kratz criminal history we know he has an open count, robbery charge out of philadelphia and now bucks county. he is facing criminal homicide charges with cosmo dinardo. reporting live, in doyletown alycia nieves for cbs-3 "eyewitness news".

severe thunderstorm warnings extending from atlantic city, sea isle city, cape may the latest includes cape may county, severe thunderstorm until 5:45. see these intense cells moving in, moving to the southe at 25 to 30 miles an hour. heaviest of rain over maurice river, torrential in nature. also nearly continuing lightening potential for some small hail is also there, this cell has already put down some hail and you can see on hail tracker where we see brighter colors that is an indication that there is some hail embedded within this thunderstorm. also this particular cell is trending to weaken and moving in atlantic city. my touch on margate city but still severe thunderstorm warned and that has history of producing quarter sized hail. we have seen strong wind gusts embed, severe thunderstorm watch remains for large portion of the area until 9:00 philadelphia and points west ward out of the cells continuing to move off to thee and what to expect, sunday storm reports we have seen damage from some of these

cells. head up along jersey coast with those cells moving your way. damage to car windows in west chester when these storms came through, lower oxford township , also floodedhese storms came roadways, road closed because of the flooding and some quarter sized hail as i mentioned coming down atlantic county what to expect as we head in the evening hours? strong to severe thunderstorms , mainly south of the city, strong wind potential and hail threat as well, and we're already seeing reports of some flash flood ago cross portions of the area these cells did move through phoenixville area, earlier this afternoon. wires were reported down in the phoenixville area where our meteorologist chelsea in grammys at, celebrating a soggy and yeah a stormy blob fest but how are conditions looking at right now, chelsea. >> right now looking much better then it did earlier today, lauren. sun's trying to brighten up, skies however were completely overcast out here and it is also very humid. we have dew points checking in the upper 60's with the mobile weather watcher i have right

pride in that history. there is people who worked very hard to preserve it. you want to know phoenixville you will want to know ryan conway president of the historical society of the phoenixville area his family has been here for five generations. >> a lot of people don't know is the name phoenixville. >> reporter: it came to life during industrial revolution, thanks to a booming steel industry. lewis warmwag was one of the first investors. >> the name phoenix ironworks is something you named the company, it was kind of a term used for blast furnaces because flames coming out of the furnace it looked like a phoenix. >> reporter: it inspired the name, phoenixville. >> there was just businesses, popping up left and right and a lot of factories built. >> reporter: european immigrants opened factories too making intricate pottery called magiccoal. you can always tell it is very much vibrant colors looking in the inside you can

to clear out a little bit as well. as these cells move their way south and east and they move off shore our severe weather threat will come to an end and i would imagine national weather service with the drop off these counties west of the city in the severe thunderstorm watch but still in effect for yellow shaded area until 9:00 and we have this flash flood warning for red shaded areas until 7:15 as latest warning for atlantic, cape may, cumberland, salem counties. we had reports of the video of flash flooding in and around wilmington delaware area. we are dealing with flash flooding, hail and strong, intense wind gusts and you may have this in store in cape may county, cells producing wind gusts of 58 miles an hour through millville, mannington township, tolchester in delaware 53 miles an hour and 50 miles an hour wind gustness mays landing. we will quiet thing down over next several hours, strong thunderstorms early and as you head to 10, 11, midnight

are loving it. >> very pleased, i love it. >> just fun. it is a positive addition. >> reporter: longest section of the trail extend 26 miles from philadelphia to phoenixville all told it currently goes 63 miles and will eventually reach upward of 130 miles to pottsville in schuylkill county. as residents of phoenixville sing traces the trail has seen traffic since its completion in april 2015 with thousands of people per month utilizing its pathways but there is an added benefit. >> from philadelphia on out the communities that have really thrived around the trail, you first look at manayunk, and now, phoenixville, the trail goes in and then the development, and the economic benefit arise s around it. >> reporter: evident with scott tanteno running store all kind of fast. he picked it because of his growth potential. >> grail was a big deciding factor in our second location here in phoenixville.
