between delaware service area and route 273, two left lanes are blocked there and then we have bridge inspections but it isn't start until 9:00 a.m. ninety-five north bound between woodhaven road and street road will start at 9:00 u through 3:00 p.m. a woman is under arrest after police say she stole a cab and then pretended to be a taxi driver, police recovered it overnight outside police station in north philadelphia, this all began in germantown when the suspect hailed the cab, all right, well, once inside he trick driver into pulling over and then hopped in the driver's seat and drove a way. >> after stealing the cab actually drove several blocks and picked up a fair. >> didn't take long for police to catch driver, officers spot that had cab outside the 25th district headquarters in north philadelphia. police officers opened fire on a man they say threaten them in kensington.

"eyewitness news" on the scene in the 400 block ofe somerset street. police say they were responding to a call bay man armed with the a handgun, they say man held it up and pointed it at officers. >> that is certainly, you know , use of force permsible, you do have a right to defend yourself and anyone else present. >> four philadelphia and three septa officers were involved in the shooting, investigators believe man shot a woman in the nearby home before he threatened police, at last check that with man is in critical condition, man is in stable condition. officers also looking for answers after a deadly shooting in southwest philadelphia, this happened after 10:00 last night on the 5600 block of gibson drive which is just off lindberg boulevard. police found a man in the mid to late 20's face down on the sidewalk. he died at the scene from gunshot wound to his head and torso. so far police november motive or an arrest. doctors removed a blood cloth above john mccain's left eye only to find something more serious. mccain was told he has a brain

tumor and diagnosis with brain cancer. cbs news correspondent moa lenghi. >> i do know this, that this disease is never had any more worthy opponent. >> reporter: outpouring of support throughout washington for arizona senator john mccain who last night revealed he has been diagnosed with an aggressive type of brain cancer. president trump offered his family's prayers saying senator john mccain has always been a fighter, former president obama tweeted in part cancer doesn't know what it is up against, give it hell , john. lindsey graham referred to as mccain's closes friend within the senate said they spoke briefly by phone with the 80 year-old mccain insisting he would be back. >> we talk about five minutes, you know, it will be a tough week but he said i have been through worse. >> mccain had surgery last week to remove a blood clot behind his eye, pathology report revealed the tumor. doctors say this type of cancer called glioblastoma has a median survival rate of a little more than a year. >> he is in for a battle.

who shot and killed an unarmed australian woman is refusing to talk about the incident. investigators say officer mohammad noor declined to be interviewed about the death, and according to the 911 transcript diamond called to report a woman possibly being sexually assaulted. she told operator quote i think she tried to say help and it sound distressed. she called again to make sure police had the right address. her family has hired a lawyer who also represented philando castille. a somber crowd overnight marked fifth anniversary of the aurora movie theater shooting in colorado. hundred people gather outside aurora city hall, 12 people died, 70 others wounded when james holmes opened fire during the dark knight rises. holmes was sentenced to life in prison. investigators continue assessing damage after a condo fire that killed three people in hawaii. this is our first lane side look at the ruined condos in monday lulu. flames started on the 26th floor and they have quickly

that comes from bill layden, under a clear sky as well. he virtually has in wind to speak of and echoing what we have been saying for days but especially day and tomorrow. if you have to work outside, hydration, hydration and water is absolutely the beverage of choice when we're talking about this. lets talk about how much we have seen that number 90 or above throughout the course of this year this month, even last year? last year we had 46 days. average 25. last year was a pretty hot summer for sure but this month alone we have seen eight days topping off at 90 or above and this year so far 17 of those days. so, we're well on our way in short here to at least hit the average. storm scan is empty, quiet for now. later this afternoon a couple of you will see spotty thunder shower firing up. not enough to cool everybody off. don't bank on that. today, tomorrow are where we peak with the warmth, low 100 how it will feel and those
