a 8-inch. break. this left 12 properties without water overnight, and two with water in their cellars. in dicks to nearby road closures, during the day, the route five bus will be detoured in this location. new this morning, traffic is once again flowing on the ben franklin bridge, that after two people were spotted climb being, one of the bridges towers overnight. crews were called out to fifth and race street early this morning, officials blocked traffic as they worked to get the two people down safely. rescuers told us that just before 2:30 that the two people had come down from the bridge but they did not say how they were able to get them to come down or why they were up there in the first place. >> new this morning, woman is hospitalized after an overnight shooting. this happened near broad street and chew avenue. that's in philadelphia's fernrock section. the 26 year old woman was taken to einstein hospital, where she is in critical condition. no word on what may have motivated that shooting. police are investigating a shooting in philadelphia's mantua section that left a man

fighting for his life. this happened just after 9:00 last night on the 3900 block of brown street. police tell us shot at least 13 time. he was rushed to the hospital where he is in critical condition. no arrest haves been made. >> and a community comes together to mourn a man shot and killed in delaware county. family and friends gathered yesterday evening in chester to hold vigil for 28 year old shah kwon crews chapel. gunned down last friday near west seventh street and highland avenue. he was shot at least five times. his mother got emotional as she remembered her son he he always helped people. no matter what, he loved his family. he loved to sing. he loved to make people laugh. and specially he loved his daughter. my heartaches. i just want him to just come back. i just need him to just come back. >> and so far police have made no arrests in that shooting. >> in other news, neighbor admits to shooting a cup toll death in frankford, now the victim's family and friends

are demanding the d.a.'s office file murder charges. forty-two year old august dempsey and 45 year old bobby depaul shot to death outside of his home last weekends, police say the couple got into an argument with a next-door neighbor before the shots were fired. the neighbor told police he shot the pair because they tried to climb his fence. dempsey's sons now have an attorney, and are petioning authorities to charge the shooter with the couple's death. >> not self-defense. it is just strictly murder. now he thinks he got away with something. so what happens is somebody throws the ball, child goes up , there, a young man, and he shoots them now? oh, i was afraid again? >> the so far dempsey son's have collected 5,000 secretary , they hope that they can get justice for their mother and her boyfriend. >> police are looking for a man they say attacked a septa officer at angora station. this is the suspect. it happened just after 7:00 last night. officers were called out to the 1,000 block of south 58th

street, because of people in the track area. that's when an officer went to stop this man, he is accused of charging at the officer, knocking her to the ground, before running away. she was taken to the hospital. no word on her condition. >> the woman convicted of abducting seven week olds baby from the king of prussia mall last year could spend up to seven years behind bars. moore was sentenced to one and half to seven years in prison yesterday. authorities say she will undergo a mental health evacuation -- evaluation, and pay the court $5,000. the mother's court said the two became friends when she got distracted and moore snatched the infant. >> this morning police investigating after someone admit add man went into the brandywine creek but did not come out. crews on scene near brandywine falls road in wilmington last night near the state park. now, they searched the area but did not finds anyone. crews say it is not clear at this point if the original call was a false report. >> and no no word on what caused manhole to he can

provide in philadelphia's bustleton section. it led to electrical fire just after 11:00 at cedarbrook avenue, greenwood road. no one was hurt. >> judge granted injunction to stop all construction on the logistics mariner east two pipeline in west goshen township. activists against the pipeline called the injunction a victory for community organizing. and they say they won't stop until the pipeline is shelved once and for all. west goshen filed for after complaints of water service interruptions, other issues, the matter now goes before the pennsylvania public utility commission. >> investigators say lightning strike started the fire that burned 3500 acres of new jersey's wharton state forest. they believe opine tree caught fire and the flames spread to nearby trees before it was noticed last thursday. several hiking trails in the forest remain closed, but all campgrounds are open again. the fire is now fully contained. >> the nation's capitol, president trump puts pressure

>> police are warning people in delaware county, after skimming device was discovered at atm in folcroft. take a look at the surveillance photos, you can see a guy using a skimming device, 1800 block every delmar driver. officials say placed on the machine between july 1st and july 2nd, then again on july 8th and 9th. >> retired catholic priest is arrested on child sex assault charges, in the pittsburgh area. seventy-four year old john sweeney has been charged with sexually assaulting a ten year old boy back in the 1990's. now, the alleged assault happened after the fourth grader got in trouble for being disruptive on school bus. investigators say sweeney forced the victim to perform a sex act on him. >> it is no surprise that the victim kept his secret for so long. it often takes victims of child sexual abuse years or decades to come forward.

is goya born july 10th. her momma row jacket dollars her so zoo keepers cared for her, then they worried about her growing up without other tigers sole this is when the oklahoma city zoo came in. they offered to add her to litter every tiger cubs born recently, and goya arrived in oklahoma last friday. you can see, clearly already making herself at home. and if you're wondering, goya means life in russian. >> that's so cute, you guys. >> yes. >> cute until she get big. >> so cute. well, and you know, you hear so many people talk about zoos , but they're actually so good on the preservation of these animals because they're poached so easily. so good to see the zoos do whatever they can. >> enjoy joy her while she's home. >> oak home al home -- oklahoma your home soon?
