"eyewitness news" learned allentown mayor is expected to be indicted tomorrow. mayor attorney tells us he will not know details until it unsealed tomorrow. we do note indictment is the result of a lengthy grand jury investigation, you may recall

commission. west goshen township filed for the injunction after complaints over water service interruptions and other issues. a sunoco says in statement, we believe that the full hearing before the environmental hearing board will demonstrate that we have expended every effort to meet the strict conditions of our environmental permits. already voluntary suspended work on a number of drills and will continue nonhtd construction throughout the state with safety and protection of pennsylvania environment. authorities are searching for a man attacking a septa transit police sergeant in southwest philadelphia. the body cam video shows her getting out of the car to confront a suspect last night when he quickly shoved her to the ground. this happened at 58th and angora. if you can identify the suspect, call police. the sergeant will be ok. police are also looking for two women wanted for an assault and robbery at an atm in center

city. the women seen in this video walked up to a woman at a td bank, punched her and stole her bank card and cash. it's located in the 100 block of south broad. it happened after midnight july 13th. if you recognize this woman, call police. a dangerous stunt two men are arrested after authorities say they scaled the ben franklin bridge to take pictures. they shutdown power to the patco line so police could remove the pair. they were identified as martin row marrow clark of new york city and angelea of toledo ohio, they had backpacks filled with photography equipment and were trying to take pictures from the top of the bridge which stands 400 feet tall. >> put a number of our own police officers, philadelphia police officers and philadelphia firefighters put their safety and lives at risk in order to deal with this. >> they're taking -- you don't know who else is there, who else

for this time of year. that's not the case, we'll take you to a live look outside, we have the clouds around, we dealt with the clouds pretty much all day. we'll see a mostly cloudy skies as we head to the overnight hours. we're tracking just a stray sprinkle here and there on stormscan 3, but overall, things have quieted down and we're looking at a quiet night in store with mostly cloudy skies skies, 79 degrees today in philadelphia, well below average for this time of year. the average is 87. felt more like mid septemberish out there. places like philadelphia, allentown, we have 69, millville, down the shore in wildwood around 71, 69 in atlantic city. it is 66 currently in trenton, due points are in the low mid 60's out there. of couple of upper 60's, wilmington, millville, earlier in philadelphia we had the due points in the lower 60's, felt

more comfortable out there. remember, due point kind of tells you how comfortable it is going to feel and tomorrow it's going to feel pleasant, we'll have due points in the upper 50's and lower 60's, then that steam factor will be returning to the forecast as we head into thursday. and also friday. really enjoy tonight. and also your wednesday because it is going to be feeling more humid very soon. quiet day on tap, we'll have a lot in the way of cloud cover but i'm calling for partly cloudy skies because i think by afternoon we'll get breaks of sunshine, a warm front will swing through on thursday, followed by a cold front to end the week. we'll be monitoring an area of low pressure. strong to severe weather once again especially as we head to thursday night and friday. the main threats will be damaging wind gusts, also heavy rain and we'll have to watch for the potential for more flash flooding.
