date. >> i like. >> prom photo. >> all right, so, you know, let's go outside, talking about the rain, yes, we have flashflood watch. not going into effect just yet we still have time before that will take place, about 2:00 p.m. or so when it goes into effect. we'll show it to you in a second. storm scan what you in the, few speckle of green. and there are some downpours, within those speckles of green , at the moment most every russ dry, might even run into some fog, winds still relatively light. flashflood watch goes into effect as of 2:00 p.m., for basically the southern half of the delaware valley. so it does include eastern montgomery, then all point south of chester county, delco , and through all of delaware, southern new jersey. so, eventually the rain will hit us. when it does it will come with a vengeance, very soaking at times. seventy-three the current temperature at the airport, mid to upper 60s through the lehigh valley reading area, quite mild, steamy, down through the shore point. but as today progresses, the

rain will start to over spread the region. you know, you can't real i go by the planner for what the evening has in store, soaking rain on tap here, pat, we'll time it out more specifically little later on. >> sounds good, thank you. good morning to you everyone, a look at the vine street expressway, it is closed, as it normally is at this time of the morning as we know right around 5:00 a.m. when they open this thing back up between the schuylkill schuylkill, and broad street. we will keep an eye on that this morning, also, keeping an eye on there is the schuylkill schuylkill, there is construction going eastbound, between gulph mills and belmont avenue. again, this is around 5:00 a.m. they start to clean this up. maybe little later than. that will bunch of stuff happening on the northeast turnpike, southbound before quakertown, construction, then accident as well, downed pole, red hill, montgomery county, route 29, main street, closed at east eighth street. you're going to want to use jerry ville pike to get around that will bunch every of construction on the pa turnpike, the turnpike westbound, past norristown, then again, the northeast extension, there is more construction there.

morning, authorities in philadelphia's fairmount neighborhood are investigating after a rite aid store was robbed at gunpoint. this happened just before 1:00 r 20th street and fairmount avenue. police say the crooks got away with a unknown amount every monday i and cigarette. no one was hurt. so far, no word on any arrests meanwhile, three suspect are under arrest in new castle county after robbery suspect opens fire on police officer, in wilmington. an officer tried to stop a suspect on the 1100 block every west over road around 7:00 last night. that's when police say that the suspect fired shots at the officer. and the officer fired back. the suspect took off. then the chase continued on foot. >> the officer was able to take the suspect into custody without any injury. the one, able to locate two suspect who we believe are properly involved in the initial robbery. >> now, police eventually arrested the suspect at greenhill avenue, west seventh . that's where officers also took two other suspect into custody. no one was hurt.

>> welcome back, we take a look outside, well, we've been calling for rain, now for many days, and the timing, and the specifics are definitely starting to comma lot more together, specifically, so it looks to me though we won't see too much in the way of wet weather at least in the daylight hours. we have out there at the moment our spotty but locally drenching showers, even few thunderstorms there, too. most of which are falling outside of the greater delaware valley, but this will start to pick up throughout the course of the afternoon. the bulk of heavy rain, widespread coverage, heavy thunderstorms, that for the most part wait until tonight. but i would say you can start to see the steadiest rain as early as maybe 6:00, 7:00 this evening, then it just continues, once it gets underway, by the time it is all wrapped up, through the first half of tomorrow, and possibly even later than that, we are talking two, 4 inches every rainfall out of this. flashflooding real concern. you draw lynn from chester to eastern montgomery, straight across central new jersey through ocean county where you
