daughter. >> i found her in the parking lot. if anyone knows who this child is, please call the authorities. >> now, for july 28th, 2017, this is "entertainment tonight." hi, everybody. thanks so much for joining us. let's get right to the latest hollywood news. george clooney is fighting back after photos of his newborn twins babies appeared on the cover of a french magazine without his consent. in the images, which we are not showing, the clooneys can be seen holding their alexander and ella, now 7 weeks old. obviously clooney isn't happy about it. he released this statement this morning quote over the last week, photographers from "voici" magazine scaled our fence, climbed our tree and illegally took pictures of our infants inside our home. make no mistake the photographers, the agency and the magazine will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. the safety of our children demands it. today, the magazine called the publications of the pictures in a response to a public demand. they added those pictures don't put in danger mr. clooney, his

wife or children. earlier this month, the proud parents were spotted landing in milan with the twins. the clooney take it very seriously. george had cameras installed at his estate on the english country side just before the fourth of july. authorities at lake como have taken specific precautions at clooney's request. this isn't the first time that clooney has spoken out against aggressive paparazzi. >> if you're committing a crime you shouldn't be able to profit off 'em. >> clooney told "e.t." back in 2007, he was fed up with being chased by photographers. the actor also made it clear he's all for freedom of the press. >> i'm the son of an anchorman, i'm a first amendment guy. it's inconvenient when they take your picture. i don't want to restrict anybody from taking my picture. i don't know what the solution is. maybe someone else out there smarter than i would have an idea, without infringing on freedom of speech. >> we'll continue to following this story. we're also following new developments on brad and angelina after jolie's new
