was gunned down saturday night , in what appears to be a random shooting. still searching for suspect here. caught on security camera leaving the scene in a red hoodie, better look at the suspect's haircut, facial hair police are linking this suspect expect to another shooting in the overbrook section 45 minute prior. no one injured in that shooting. >> a woman is in the hospital after emergency responders pull her from the schuylkill river near kelly drive and brewery hill drive. happened around 9:30 last night. now, it is not clear how the woman wounds up in the water but an eyewitness says the woman jumped in. so far no word on her condition. >> and anti-drug activist in lehigh count high pled guilt to weapons charges says he has no regret. in june of last year, police arrested john kramsey and two associate near the holland tunnel after finding various weapons including a military style rifle inside the truck. they said they were trying to rescue a teenager whose friends had overdosed.

several red light, as well. eventually, the driver hit a pole. police arrested the driver and two passengers. >> we have an update to a story we told but this time yesterday. remember the inmates who escaped the jail in alabama? well, we're now learning they escaped with the help of peanut butter, yes, peanut butter. here's how they did t they used the peanut but the fresh sandwiches to change the appearance of a number on a door. they were shifty people there. then they have to guard, who this had just started working, to open the door. did he. not realizing it was a door to the outside. oh, oh. twelve inmate made it out on sunday, only one is still on the loose. >> teenager in illinois uses her voice as a weapon as a burglar breaks into her home. the home security camera catches the moment, yes, at that moment the burglar kicked in the front door, about 20 miles outside of chicago, he quickly runs up the stairs unaware the 16 year old girl had lock herself in her room and called her mom. the burglar then tries to open

the storm landed on the state 's west coast on monday morning, at the height of the storm, 31 counties were under a state of emergency. and 18,000 people were without power. the storm system dumped several inches of rain, packed winds in excess of 40 miles per hour, forecasters say the storm is expected to regain tropical storm strength as it moves over the atlantic and away from florida. katie has been downgraded but how destructive do you think this is? >> even though you have a downgraded storm here, remember, that they base these categories strictly on the wind speed. so you can still have incredible amount of rainfall even if something that's not even tropical. so it can definitely still cause major headaches, i think the sunshine state, not seeing a heck of a lot from it, is really bearing the brunt of this. the storm itself is now going to be pulling away. it is going out. we'll show you the latest expectation with the track. the latest update, winds

speeds currently 30 miles per hour, the sluggish 12 miles per hour, so it does have ample time, certainly ample moisture to dump a lot of rain now, as this continues to trek northeast, thankfully, it not even expected to graze the carolyn a coastline let alone ours. i don't expect this is any kind of direct threat to anybody else except for florida obviously, but notice this may not achieve any additional strength as it continues it trek. so, again, these forecasts continue to get updated all the time. but does still appear as though it will remain out to sea thankfully, more than anything just due to the slow of the atmosphere right now. so it didn't have a heck of a lot of strength to work with anyway, atmosphere at large helping to keep it out to sea once completely off the florida coastline. meanwhile back here locally, we do still have quiet weather , high pressure still technically in place, starting to weaken somewhat. so at some point later today you may see spotty showers or thunderstorms fire up. i with not let that
