chester at sunoco gas station on between the second street and edgemont avenue. we are told victim is in critical condition. his car was also struck several times and in word on a motive or suspects in this shooting. also overnight a drive by shooting in kensington leaves a 19 year-old man injured and sent to the hospital this happened on the 1800 block ofe clementine street just before 1:30 this morning. victim was sitting on the steps of an abandoned home with friends when a car pulled up. the driver opened fire, and then sped off. police say that it is unclear if the victim was the intended target. he is in stable condition. runner is held at gunpoint and assaulted in a montgomery county park. >> police are on the hunt. appealing to the public for information, to help get this dangerous man off the streets before he attacks again. a heinous attack in broad daylight on tuesday triggered a shut down and manhunt around norristown farm park. >> that is crazy in the something would i expect there so, like i said, i'm here all the time. >> reporter: around 10:50 a.m. a 19 year-old woman called 911 to report she had been sexual ly assaulted at gunpoint inside the park. what man said she was running when a man pulled her off of the trail in the wooded area. >> it could have been me, or anyone else. >> reporter: account hit too close to home for 18 year-old felicia saunders who wrapped up a run at the park just 20 minutes before the attack. >> i can't believe i missed it by 20 minutes. it is really just nerve rack to go me. >> reporter: police closed 690-r evidence. nearby norristown state hospital was also on lock down briefly as officers searched for the attacker. for now people who once

recent rains left large pools of water on margate beaches. water is sitting in newly built sand dunes. army core of engineers is working to pump the water out. many blame the dune project for poor drainage. today city leaders will discuss whether to seek a court injunction to stop the project. in the meantime all beaches withstanding water are closed in the further notice. sixers great allen iverson issues a statement about his no show at a big three game, we will have that in sports. also this morning a police officer is recovering after a scary scene during a traffic stop, as you just saw, he was struck by a car, we will see more of the dramatic video ahead. we will tell you where this flooding took place after 6 inches of rain fell in just one hour. ♪ katie fehlinger if you are a working mom and anyone else
