well, jim, back over to you. a manhunt is underway in delaware county after a shooting at a gas station leaves a man in critical condition, multiple shots were fired at the car park at sunoco gas station on east 22nd street at edgemont avenue in chester. in word yet on the victim's identity or what led to this shooting. police are looking for a gunman after a drive by shooting overnight in the philadelphia kensington section. this happened on 1800 block of e clem inn tine street just before 1:30, we are told a 19 year-old victim was with a group of friend when a car pulled up. driver fired shots in the crowd and then sped off. it is unclear if the victim was targeted. he is in stable condition. a lot of concern after a woman is sexually assaulted while out for a jog in a montgomery county park. >> manhunt for her attacker is underway. rahel and jim, this is park behind me. it is opened today but it is a pretty wide opened park. police say this man was hiding in the wooded area of this park just waiting to attack on tuesday. a heinous attack in broad daylight on tuesday triggered a shut down and manhunt around norristown farm park. >> that is crazy in the something would i expect here. around 10:50 a.m. 19 year-old woman called to report she had been sexually assaulted at gunpoint inside the park month man told police she was running when a man pulled her off of the trail into a wooded area. >> it could have been me, or anyone else. >> reporter: account hits too close to home for 18 year-old felicia saunders who wrapped up a run at the park just 20 minutes before the attack. >> i can't believe i missed it by 20 minutes, it is really just nerve rack to go me. >> reporter: police closed the park to search for evidence. nearby norristown state hospital was also on lock down

public but they have not announced a motive or a suspect. police on the man line said they are closing in on a suspect wanted in deadly shooting in haverford township this is suspect 24 year-old derek rollins. $5,000 reward is offered for his capture. investigators say rollins opened fire and killed john lee near haverford road on saturday. investigators say rollins was involved in another shooting in overbrook park less than an hour before. despite this weekend violence residents in haverford township took part in national night out. and lagarrette blount being brought in this off season but there has been one guy that stood out in particular, marcus johnson, tell us about him. >> marcus brown, that is right it is interesting because he was on the practice squad last year with the eagles. he had an injury. if he wasn't injured there was a, you know, looked at wide receiving core from last year, he should have been on this team. he has been doing nothing but, making plays, again, all of the different corners going through here. he took all of alshon jeffery 's work yesterday and he is looking like a legitimate wide receiver with nice speed, route running and even carson wentz mentioned his play yesterday. he is a guy that can make a roster. >> he has got to be good on special teams. we will find out about that. >> how about one guy, kind of forgotten because we talk about jefferies so much, torey smith, jordan matthews and

need extra time skew will westbound at city avenue looking slow here. would i say, factor in at leann extra half an hour or so on that. jim, back over to you. well, manhunt continues this morning in montgomery county after a runner is sexually assaulted in a park, this happened yesterday morning just before 11:00 a.m. in norristown farm park. police say that the 19 year-old victim called 911 in a panic and she told authorities that a man pulled her off the trail and sexually assaulted her at gunpoint. officials say the suspect was hiding in the wood before the attack. people who visited this park often say they are shocked. >> i just can't believe i missed it by 20 minutes, it is really just nerve rack to go me. it could have been me or anyone else and i could have easily been pulled in. it is just really scary. >> norristown state hospital was on brief lock down during the initial manhunt, but has since reopened. crews are still gathering evidence in the 690-acre park. authorities say suspect is arm

and dangerous. the victim is recovering. according to a spokesmen for bill cosby the entertainer will have a new lawyer before the month is over. yesterday's cosby's lead lawyer brian mcmonigal filed paperwork to withdraw from the case. judge scheduled a hearing for august 22nd. cosby's first trial was declared a mistrial. jurors were dead locked after 52 hours of deliberations and set to go on trial again in november. former reading mayor vaughn spencer will remain free, on bail, until his trial in federal corruption charges. prosecutors say spencer told businesses and individual that the city contracts would be withheld, unless they made campaign contributions. spencer and allentown married he had pawlowski were indicted last week. pawlowski also entered a in the guilty plea. new jersey democratic senator corry booker has a new goal, he wants marijuana legalized across the country, booker introduced legislation yesterday that would legalized mar juan, ex-punk federal marijuana convictions and remove them from the federal
