schuylkill does get busy, early. jim, back over to you. police are investigating a deadly accident on kelly drive late last night. investigators say four three-year old man was killed when his met or cycling hit a car making an illegal left turn from kelly drive to brew ery hill drive. police say motorcyclist was wearing a helmet at the time but suffered chest injuries. the female driver of the passenger were not injury. they are cooperating with the investigation. owner of the south philadelphia day carries behind bars this morning. >> he is accused of sexually assaulting two children multiple times, at sprout's day care. "eyewitness news" reporter frank does live in bell a vista with the very latest, trang do. >> reporter: duncan rounds was arraigned overnight on seven felony charges related to the sexual assault of two of the 37 children, entrusted in his care here at sprouts preschool now in the event that rounds post bail he has been barred

from coming to the building. five three-year old duncan round of medford lakes, new jersey is facing unthinkable charges for a day care operator. rape, sexual assault, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, endangering welfare of the child. charges stem from an investigation initiated on july 25th after a five-year old boy and five-year old girl who attends sprouts day care in bell a vista began behaving differently. >> we conduct forensic interviews at philadelphia children's alliance, and both children disclosed they were indeed sexually assaulted by the offender. >> reporter: captain markberg man says they happened multiple times at the preschool. they uncovered, physical evidence during a search of the building. parents picking up their children on wednesday were stunned by the disturbing charges. >> it was a week or two ago saying there was an investigation, but yeah, i didn't think it that was serious. >> reporter: sprouts is in good standing with the state

drug free, especially during the middle of the day since that is when seniors and children are most likely to be outside. in other news this morning the search for a missing swim inner atlantic city has been suspended. coastguard suspended its search around 8:00 last night coastguard crews have been searching since tuesday night after someone reported seeing a man enter the water by steel pier and not return. there is no word on that missing swimmer's identity. well, here's good news for commuters in south jersey, service resumed on new jersey transit atlantic city rail line, service had been suspended between philadelphia and cherry hill after a truck hit aid bridge in pennsauken last friday. the crash, seriously damaged the track, on the bridge, workers fix the problem, a week, ahead of schedule. all residents of the small pennsylvania town were evacuated hours after a freight train carrying hazardous materials derails igniting a fire. officials say at least 32 cars on a csx freight train derail early yesterday morning in

reward in the weekend murder in haverford township is up to $7,500. police released surveillance photo of the several witnesses they hope to speak w investigators continue to search for suspect in the shooting death of 29 year-old john lee, he was shot to death saturday at an apartment complex on haverford road, the accused killer 24 year-old derek rollins is still on the loose. community in minneapolis is in mourning after a deadly gas explosion at a school, police say contractors doing work at the school ruptured a gas line yesterday causing the explosion. at least two people died in the blast, several others were injured, and neighbors described what they saw. >> workers you could tell were in shock and they are screaming that there is more. >> just sitting reading the paper and there was a huge blast, you know, the whole house shook, you know, jumped and kind of moved to the right >> students were reportedly at the school at the time of the blast but they were not hurt.

underground explosions prompted evacuationness downtown detroit. a number of manhole covers blew up without any warning. one eyewitness say manhole explosion sounded like bombs going off. fire fighters say the covers started to explode after a transformer blew up. ymca in north caroline ace expect to reopen today after a chemical leak caused dozens of children to be hospitalized. this happened at ymca in downtown durham, yesterday afternoon, more than 40 children and several adults were all sent to the hospital, and they were exposed to chemicals from a pool, at one point the children in the pool stopped playing as they started to get sick. as i came out coughing, choking, spitting up, and they tell everybody to get out of the pool. once everybody was out they were choke and spitting up. >> it is very scary because that that is my only child. won't be getting in that pool anytime soon with them. >> it left six children in serious condition. officials say there was a reaction between a chemical

on through south central pennsylvania, southwestern pennsylvania and we will see that, again, get triggered here. there is no organized storm system per se that is moving through, but with time there will be but not today. this is more classic showers, thunderstorms of the summertime variety so you don't necessarily know exactly where they will fire up, but anyone is fair game for. that lets take to you future weather just shortly after lunchtime about the time things do start to get underway with this. not everyone will be hit at any given point but we are all fair game and look, as these blossom these thunderstorms could be quite heavy so up toward mercer county we will get clocked, in this particular model run will verify out, same goes for north philadelphia county but as day progresses, it is scattered and more so then yesterday and then through overnight it clears out once more much like what we saw yesterday. throughout today it is sticky, warm, starting off with fog in areas as well so watch out for that.
