specially both moving in the westbound and eastbound directions have kind of been focus all morning long simply because we started off with overnight construction, accident blocking all lanes, those have all since been cleared, but it is kind of leaving us with a residual effect heating up little busier than other areas. ben franklin bridge actually though looking pretty good, we push in the westbound direction from jersey over the bridge, and into center city. looking hazy out there. but, hopefully, we will be seeing that sun sometime soon. just pack your sunglasses, might need. that will then mass transit airport regional rail line shuttle bussing this weekend, so between 30th street, and airport, talking more about this coming up in a little bit jen, jan, back to you. >> thank you, breaking news this morning, car sparks massive flames after crashing into a bucks county pool store >> "eyewitness news" reporter trang do live in quakertown, this morning, with more on what officials say was a hard fire to fight. trang, what's the latest? >> well, good morning, jan, jim, southbound lanes, just

now, just at this moment, northbound lanes have now reopened to traffic, this fire , is out, but it is still smoldering. take a look, i'll get out of the way so you can see. what we are focusing on here, see the massive hole in the side of the building. that's where the car went into the building. that will car has since been towed. but the biggest mystery left, is why that driver lost control, and slammed into the building, investigators say, there were no brake marks on the road, or in that parking lot there. but take a look at this video of the scene overnight. this fire started just after 2:00 a.m., at 1618 northwest ends boulevard, also known as 309, in quakertown. now, state police say someone was driving on the road, here, when they, for unknown reason, their car left the roadway, crashed into pool pro, which is a spool supply company. the billing then caught fire. as you can imagine firefighters dealing with lot of chemicals towards inside the building. they had to wear their air packs due tore chlorine and acid that was in the air. now, i spoke to a man who lives above the business, he describes the scary moments when the car hit the business.

>> the car came down from 309, coming this way, somehow managed to crash into the pool pro about 30 seconds later, it burst into flames. it woke everyone up, in my apartment, i ran outside to see what was going on. and then i seen the car that was lodged in there, engulfed in flames. >> and, fortunately, we did learn that that driver has died. but no other injuries, surprisingly, in what was a very crazy fire involving all every these chemicals here. in addition to the pool pro business you see three families have been displaced, the red cross is assisting them this morning, and jim, as you mentioned earlier, you actually frequent this business, and you know the owners, right? >> they're very nice group of people. always pleasant. i mean, it is horrible what happened to that driver, and that business, i mean, that's just devastating. hopefully they can rebuild, thank you, trang.

>> also new this morning, police are investigating after a woman is hit by a stray bullet overnight. police say the victim was just getting into a cab when shots rang out at broad and olney. the victim was shot in the right wrist. police say she walked into nearby einstein medical center for treatment. police are now reviewing interviewing eyewitnesses, and checking surveillance footage to identify the shooters. >> meanwhile, resident in parts of south jersey drying out after severe flooding amount look from chopper three over route 130, burlington city last night, the heavy downpour stranded drivers in the streets. businesses and homeowners were also flooded. >> you have a problem regarding flooding, please do not drive-thru the flood, flooded street, if you see a line down, do not cross the line, please dial 911 so someone can come out there. >> fortunately, there are no injuries to report. the storm yesterday also caused flight delays at philadelphia international airport. >> one person is dead, another is injured, after a multi vehicle crash in camden county

this crash happened around 9:00 last night, on kings highway near miami avenue in cherry hill. the wreck involved two motorcycles and at least one other vehicle. no word on the condition of that person who was injured. police are now investigating the cause of the crash. >> police are cracking down on bicyclist who is they say are playing a dangerous game of swerving in the streets. take a look at these videos. police say teens throughout the area have been spotted intentionally swerving into the paths of vehicles and pedestrians. bikers are seen riding on front wheels, their wheels up, and showing off just how close they can get to oncoming cars before swerving away. >> getting worse every day. they're swerving in and out of traffic, going head-on with cars, i guess, playing a game of chicken with the cars. >> bikes don't way a lot. they have to follow the rules or the par lent see them in the hospitals. >> they fear it may startle drivers to the point every

"eyewitness news" caught up with one person who was right above the store at the time of

the crash. >> woke everyone up in my apartment, i ran outside, see what waist going on. and then i seen the car that was lodged in there, engulfed in flames. >> authorities are still trying to figure out what caused that driver to swerve off the road. >> meanwhile, flames ripped through one of the worlds' tallest residential towers in dubai. more than 40 floors of the 86 story torch tower were burning on one side of the building. that blaze burned for about two hours, sending chunks of fire debris plummeting to the grounds. so far no injuries have been reported. now, this is the seconds major fire to engulf the tower , the building also caught fire back in 2015, there were no injuries in that fire either. >> back here at home, police in yeadon, delaware country investigating after shots are fired during a car chase there authority say the gunfire errupted at cyprus and palmly road around 6:00 last night, driver and passenger being chased were.
