the 200 block every addison avenue. that's when the man pulled up saying her parents asked him to pick her up and take her home. the girl quickly road away. police think the suspect was driving a 20034-door hyundai elantra els gold or tan in color. >> meanwhile, 31 year old omar cooper will be in court today. he is accused of killing his infant son back in may. police say they found the six week old boy unresponsive at a home on the 5800 block of willows avenue in southwest philadelphia s investigators say the boy had multiple traumatic injuries throughout his body. cooper was charged with murder and related offense. >> new developments this morning, surrounding a series of arsons at a center city apartment building. management at the sterling hired contractors to install cameras on every floor to help supplement existing camera system, will also be installing security device toss limit elevator access. there have been seven arsons in the building since last month. damage has been minor. and no one has been injured.

have jumped started this year 's grape harvest about ten days early. high temperatures and drought in that country have take answer toll on italian wine production this year. wine makers are facing a ten to 15% decline in production. so, that means, less wine. violent hail storms, spring frost, also hurt the games. but there is some good news. the heat prevented fungus and disease from getting a grip on the vine, that could improve the quality of the wine that is made. >> governor chris christie signs new law focused on protect dogs in new jersey. those fighting animal cruelty, applauded the governor's mover yesterday. under the new law dogs can no longer be chained or tethered outside overnight between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. if the dog is chained for more than 30 minute during the day, they must be fix affix today light weight chain or rope at least 15 feet long, also access to clean food, water and shelter. >> for certain violations, if the dog is okay, people will get a warning first. this is not just going to be
