in a hotel room at the tropicana casino and resort. police are not releasing many details and but they say it's isolated incident and there's no safety concerns for the public. >> a bucks county funeral director is accused of stea stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from client. the owner of faust funeral home was facing theft, formy and fraud charges, alexandria hof is with us for more to avoid becoming a victim. >> faust was arraigned here earlier today a long with the new charges he's being accused of forging death certificate for one of his customers. one of the problems with that, being they are still very much alive. >> investigators were first led to funeral home owner david faust charged with forgery and social security fraud. >> we were contacted by numerous individuals that were concerned about the status of

their prepaid burial contract contracts. >> rightfully so according to authorities because upon further into the records of fawingt funeral home incorporated in humeville. >> we discovered in fact the defendant david faust had used almost $300,000 in prepaid burial contract money. >> that money belonged to 54 clients. pennsylvania law requires that funeral homes set up escrow accounts for clients wishing to prepay a funeral that way the money can't be touched out a death certificate. some of the money may have never made it to such accounts n one case they say faust was able to obtain funds from a death certificate signed almost 14 years ago. >> they quickly determined the individual was still aliv alive. >> local attorney dennis mcandrews who specializess in elderly law offered this device to help protect prepaid

longstanding dispute with several neighbors or box elder drive including victim jennings, carter claimed jennings shined a light in his eyes 1 a.m. when carter says he shined high beams at the victim's yard and grabbed the gun and shot jennings killing him. he says he was threatened with the knife. >> they recovered a knife, gun and two shell casings at the scene. >> and a standoff with plymouth police before 8:0 this morning a woman told 911 she saw four help climb through her neighbor's window. they quickly arrested two suspect and two others remained inside the house for three hours before surrende surrendering. the neighbor who called police recounted the ordeal. >> it was very scary. we've lived here 50 years, never, ever had a problem. never. >> the home owner was not hurt and all four suspects are facing burglary and weapons charges.

>> pure perfection. cloudy start. skies clearing throughout the day and beautiful evening with drier air settling in and cooler temperatures in place. we hit 80 today in philadelphia. the last several days highs have been in the 70s and yeah, it's august. our normal high temperature is 86. even had a cool start at 66 this morning and overnight lo lows will be running cooler than average and we got a break from the ac this august. from this break not the case. our monthly temperature ran about 4 1/2 degrees above average so far for august. we're running close to 2 1/2 degrees below average. and that will be the trend in the overnight period. and there's another cool one in store and temperatures fell back to the 50s in the poconos and middle 60s in the lehigh valley and berks koumentsy 60s in trenton and 60s in ac hanging on to in philadelphia. overnight tonight we will be falling back into the 60s. 63 degrees might even need a
