remain on the scene. police are asking for public's help to identify a suspect caught burglarizing a store. take a look, early sunday morning outside heritage dairy store on south lincoln avenue, see suspect throws a rock and then enters the business and then steals several cartons of the cigarettes, anyone who recognizes the suspect should contact the vineland police. an agreement has been reached tonight to allow construction of the mariner east two pipeline to continue. sunoco has agreed to re evaluate high risk locations and drilling plans for those sites, and will be submitted to the pennsylvania department of environmental protection for review. that agreement follows the overflow of groundwater into the drilling process, that contamination of some wells, and the spilling of drilling lubricant. sunoco released a statement reading in part we are pleased to have reached an agreement that will allow to us proceed

with horizontal directional drilling, this will put hundreds of workers back on the job as what he complete this transformational infrastructure project. margate residents and property owner passed a federal courtroom to hear testimony about the controversial margate dune project. last week a judge temporarily paused the project. our new jersey reporter cleve bryan is live in camden where residents argued that the it is a public safety has air. is what latest. >> reporter: we have been hearing testimony since 10, we heard from an environmental engineer on behalf of the sit hoy says that water in the ponds in the beach in margate is like water in a sewage treatment plant, bacteria levels 37 times the legal limit for swimming. we also saw that there were dozens of people who made the trip from margate to camden to fight for their beaches, this has been a complete disaster. >> reporter: you know what or high water, margate property owners are fighting a flooding mess on their beach that began with the construction of sand dunes they never wanted.

courthouse. twelve fire fighters were overcome by carbon monoxide. "eyewitness news" reporter joe holden's on the scene with more. joe, what is going on there. >> reporter: one of the first questions we had for anybody we could talk to is law enforcement or emergency forces are how are those 12 fire fighters doing? i have been told by numerous people, that things are looking okay, for those 12 fire fighters, five transported to the hospital, paoli hospital in chester county hospital. the seven remain on the scene and were evaluated. we will take you out to chopper three and give you the scene from above ground, this all went out, as a reported electrical fire. now way down the block from where i'm standing and where you will see chopper three giving you view there were ladders propped against this building. no visible signs of any smoke or fire damage. we really didn't see any hose strung out but we are understanding that peco got involved, for the reports of

an electrical fire and somehow as a result of that carbon monoxide came into play and that is when the 12 fire fighters from chester county were overcome, by carbon monoxide exposure. so within the last hour that we have been here this block of gay street, 100 block, this has been completely cleared out, spoke to a couple sheriff deputies and they just told thaws if we were in this block it was a good idea to get out of the block, no indication exactly as to what developed or what they were dealing with but there were close to two dozen people eating out having dinner on this block and then police, deputies swept through and told people to leave. so right now all of the businesses, all of the residents are evacuated as the investigation into all of this does continue. i asked if they would label this incident under control and fire marshall here in the boro west chester said

center city philadelphia looking just as nice, blue skies, couple of white puffy cloud, 84 degrees. feeling g wind south at 7 miles an hour but because of that lower humidity and it feels 1 degree cooler then that air temperature would reflect, certainly a rarity for august. storm scan three showing us quiet conditions also a rarity over the last month when we have been sock in with the rainfall but now just sunshine up and down i-95 corridor with high pressure in control, much busier as we look down toward southern edge of the gulf of mexico. we have our first hurricane of 2017 season right now this is mexican coastline and thinks now hurricane, franklin, category one hurricane with wind at 75 miles an hour, and it will continue west ward progression at around, 12 miles an hour making land fall along mexican coastline heading in the overnight per. we could see 15 inches of rainfall in central mexico, as we head in the next 24 hours and that could create life

risking flash floods and mud slide as well. back home, we are quieter. comfortable. 84 degrees in philadelphia 83 allentown. lower 70's in the poconos. feeling great down the shore. what a beautiful day. sea breeze kicked in at 79 in stone harbor. seventy-nine in ocean city. eighty-one in cape may. we have a comfortable temperatures and then comfortable humidity levels as well on our comfort index. we're in this pleasant category but unfortunately as we head in the next several days we will be righting up category by category as we head toward upcoming weekend but overnight tonight still some great sleeping weather. clear skies, calm conditions. comfortable. back to 65 degrees. for our day tomorrow another nice one mostly sunny still comfortable a high temperature of 85 degrees. down the shore tomorrow perfection once again a high of 80 degrees with sunshine. things get dicey toward upcoming weekend, spotty thunder shower possible as we head into friday with a high of 78.
