construction in the next 10 minutes. jan, back over to you. five fire fighters are recovering this morning after suffering from possible carbon monoxide poisoning in chester county. fire crews rush to the 200 block of west gay street in west chester after reports of the underground fire. authorities evacuated businesses near the old west chester courthouse around 3:30 yesterday afternoon, that is when assistant fire chief mark scan lon who consciousness and revived by his collogues and rushed to the hospital. >> he sped up and he seemed to be okay and then, you know, a few minutes later they came back asking for more help. >> also as a precaution four other fire fighters also were sent to the hospital, and they are all doing fine. receiving treatment now. and we don't expect any long term effects. >> officials say that the fire started with an electrical fire underground, we're told one home and one business were also impacted. suspect accused of hurling

this happened on the 300 block of north pearl street in bridgeton around 10:00 o'clock last night. police are trying to figure out what spark the gun fire and there is in word on the victim's condition and so far no arrests. sixteen former penn state fraternity members will be back in court today facing charges in connection to the hazing death of a pledge. they are charged with various crimes, after timothy piazza died at beta theta pi house back in february. the 19 year-old fell down the stairs after a night of drinking. in one walled help for 12 hours. fraternity itself is facing criminal charges including involuntary manslaughter, a judge is trying to decide if is there enough evidence to send this case to trial. a federal judge in camden promises to rule on the controversial margate dune project as soon as possible. a hearing wrapped up late last night, with the judge listening to testimony from both the army, u.s. army core of engineers and city life guard. army core is asking judge to allow dune project to continue

it is a little bit higher, in some spots anyway then they were yesterday but still well down in the 50's in dover which tends to be a more humid spot, typically and we are down in the 50's in allentown, trenton, mount pocono, real comfortable air mass in place and that will continue for yet another afternoon. big difference today is higher we will get up to 87 degrees but still really nice and notice wind direction, as that begins to turn more out of the south, that will help pump not only more heat but more moisture in the air. it starts to feel a little more humid tonight, not terrible, pretty seasonal, it is august, dropping down to 68 as we look forward then we will see more unsettled pattern take shape. as more humidity builds, i say that and more cloud cover is primarily weather head line. but some to the north and west will see a shower or thunderstorm. by the weekend, saturday overall to me looks wetest of the weekend, scattered variety , lingering shower here
