and jan lots of patrol car at 57th and wins le avenue. this is 57th street. a number of police cars one pulled up as well. as we pan down winslow avenue to the next intersection, police cars also block ago this particular intersection. now here's some video from earlier this evening, what we do know at this point police are looking for, a home invasion suspect in this area of overbrook. if you are not familiar witt, just around st. joseph's university. there is, a elementary school here. at this point this person is considered armed and dangerous people who live here has been advised to shelter in place. now here as you can see out on the scene jus police presence blocking several major intersections here, so we have seen some septa buses getting detoured. heading to work pretty soon you will want to avoid this area this is 57th and wynfield avenue down to overbrook, 59th and overbrook.

so far that is all we know. we will update you throughout the morning. for now we are live i'm trang do for cbs-3 "eyewitness news" back to you. we will get back to you, thank you. new this morning police are searching for suspects after a shooting in west philadelphia. a 29 year-old man is in stable condition after being shot in the neck around 1:00 this morning on the 5500 block of cambridge street near girard. so far police have no motive for the violence. fifteen former penn state fraternity members will be back in court facing charges in connection with the hazing death of the pledge. they are charged with various crimes after timothy piazza died at beta theta pi house in february. nineteen year-old fell down the stairs after a night of heavy drinking. no one called for help for 12 hours. frat is also facing criminal charges including involuntary manslaughter. judge is trying to decide if is there enough evidence to send case to trial, proceedings are expect to go until tomorrow. fire fighters battled an underground fire in chester county.

emergency crews rushed to the 200 block of west gay street in west chester around 3:30 yesterday afternoon. officials say fire started with an electrical wire impacting one home and one business, assistant fire chief mark scan lon then loss consciousness from the exposure to carbon monday on side. eyewitnesses describe the rescue. >> fireman laying on the ground and he was sitting up and they started to give him some oxygen and treating him and he seemed to be okay and then, few minutes later they came back, asking for some more help. >> reporter: we are toll that the assistant fire chief and four others were taken to the hospital for treatment for carbon monoxide exposure as a precaution. fire officials say all five are expect to be okay. suspect at center on have the barricade situation in delaware county is due in court this morning. he is accused of throwing a molotov cocktail at a delaware county sheriff's sergeant this all happened yesterday afternoon in collindale, as the sergeant was serving a search warrant on macdade

boulevard, and the sergeant suffered burned to his legs, the three say police say the suspect barricaded himself inside a home before he finally surrendered. an eyewitness described the scene. >> he turns around, and i was outside, and everybody heard the explosion. that is why more cops came, from all over and they had guns drawn. >> now the sergeant was taken to the hospital, for treatment , he is expect to be okay, and authorities say that they found what they believe to be several more molotov cocktails inside the suspect's home. well, threats continue to be heard between u.s. anal is and north cover re. here at home lawmakers are taking side, over whether president trump's washing of fire and fury went too far. here's cbs news correspondent wendy gilette. >> reporter: back and forth heated exchanges between much of the world and north korea, continue. the late toes weigh in south korea warned overnight that the north will face a stern and strong military response
