conditions this morning, at last check, no arrests. armed man police say led them across county lines is in custody this morning. police say this we again when they responded to a report of the shots fired on cowton road in northeast philadelphia when a office's arrived there police say suspect took off in the truck nearly miss ago this officer. he later crashed the truck in the development under construction in bensalem, he then ran away but was later captured on devereaux avenue in northeast philadelphia. police recovered two guns including an yous i from the crash scene in bensalem. it is unclear what prompted the initial gunfire. we now know names of the suspect police say took off with the donation jar from the south jersey diner. investigators say 27 year-old anthony alberti of long beach monmouth county grabbed the jar last tuesday at harrison house diner in mullica. it had $200 inside. alberti got away in the vehicle operated by michael de philipo of monmouth county. neighbors have been making donations to off set the loss
