cottman again still traveling at posted speeds. but monday, tends to be pretty busy, especially on 95. speaking of 95, do have accident here. fifty-nine north, off ramp betsy ross bridge pulled off to the far right. moments ago, i would say about ten minutes ago, watching cars kind of travel on by and putting on breaks. so this is an area that's going to start to get slow. good news northbound side, northbound side usually not that busy, until way deeper into the 6:00 hour. should be okay there. then construction the schuylkill eastbound, between gulph mills and conshohocken, that has just been cleared. jim, rahel, back over to you. >> updating breaking news this morning, right now police still on the scene every gruesome murder in south philadelphia. >> "eyewitness news" reporter anita live at the scene with an update. good morning. what can you tell us? >> good morning, jim and rahel well, we're seeing investigators going in and out of the home, the 1300 block of federal street, after police found a bloodied couple found dead inside their home, just before midnight. third district police

responded here around 11:45 last night. and say they found a 50 year old man, unresponsive, on the bathroom floor, and his 23 year old girlfriends dead on the living room floor. both were pronounced dead, so really after investigators say the two had bruises to their faces, and were lying in pools of blood and it appears that they were assaulted. but, chief inspector scott small says detectives did not finds any nare could the nicks plane view, that what unfolded inside remains a mystery. >> both of the victims had bruises to their faces, and both of the victims were laying in a pool of blood. so, it is seems that they were both assaulted. >> and investigators say, what is mysterious about this is that there were no signs of forced entry, but the home had been ran sacked. they also say that a family member who lives on the second t went to go check on the couple and that's when that person noticed that both of them were

unresponsive and called authorities. that person, along with another witness, are being interviewed now by homicide detectives. but tilt, no suspect, and no word on any motive. for now live in south philadelphia, i'm anita oh, cbs-3 "eyewitness news." >> thank you, anita. >> more violence to tell you about, as five men are shot in philadelphia's mantua section. this happened along 39th and melon streets around 11:00 last night. police arrived it find three victims, between the ages of 18 and 24, and we now know one is in critical condition. two other men also showed up at the hospital with gunshot wounds. now, police did pull over a car, they say, was leaving the scene of the shooting. right now, they're questioning the people who were in that car. >> well, the man who allegedly drove his car into a group of counter protesters in charlottesville killing one of them is due in court today. >> meanwhile, president trump under fire from both deem cams and republicans, for not being more vocal against what supremacy cyst. hena, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, rahel, jim. twenty year old james alex

fields, jr. is charged with second degree murder and could also face federal charges, depending on the outcome of an fbi investigation. witnesses say on saturday, the driver accelerated before plowing into the crowd killing one woman, injuring more than dozen other people. >> the man suspected of ramming his car into a crowd in charlottesville, virginia, is scheduled to appear in court today. twenty year old james alex fields, jr., faces several charges, including second degree murder. he is accused every killing 32 year old heather heyer and injuring 19 others. fields, seen here, just before the incident, was attending the unite the right rally. a white nationalist protest against plans to remove confederate statue from a public park. vigils, rallies, mars, held across the country yesterday, in support of the victims, and against hate. in florida, chicago, michigan,

seattle. in charlottesville, the focus of the picture that captured the moment of attack described how he took the hit, potentially saving his fiancee 's life. >> i look up, i seen people getting thrown in the air. and the only thing i could do was push my fiancee out of the way. >> president trump faced criticism from both sides of the aisle over the weekend for not strongly condemning white supremicist at the rally, virginia governor called on all politician toss take a stands. >> no white supremicist, neo-nazis, tell the kkk, tell them all, we've had enough of it. >> after president trump's initial response, the white house did issue a more strongly worded statement specifically condemning the extremist group, calling for national unity. and the all right organizer of saturday's rally says he plans to hold a press conference in washington later on this

accident out there, we will get to that in just a moment. first quick at the ben franklin bridge, travel westbound, from jersey over the bridge, into center city looking just as it should. maybe starting to see an increase in volume little bit starting in the 5:00 hour, pushing through, you can see on 42, 42 freeway creek road, take it to 295. starting to build levels little bit. just a lot of headlight. but the good news still traveling at posted speeds so still looking okay. 202 at chester tariq, looking great around the area. both directions then this is the accident. so, pulled all the way off to the side here, 59 north, off ramp betsy ross bridge pulled off to the right side, yes, that's going to start to slow you down just as you travel on past that. then in term of 95, northbound direction, tan looks pretty empty. south southbound side, southbound direction, really where we are starting to seat bulk of the volume start to add up right now. and i would say that's pretty consistent with typical monday morning in the construction crews out there on 422 eastbound, the onramp to rw closed just heads up on that, and then also, some more
