>> reporter: jim, rahel, good morning, clearly, philadelphia travelers are sad ends to hear what happened in spain yesterday. they're also now very anxious about traveling overseas, after all, 13 people alone were killed in barcelona yesterday. more than 100 other injured. and now, overnight, word of a second attack. >> spanish police now investigating a second attack overnight in a resort town south of barcelona. five suspect were shot and killed. spanish authority say the suspects had plowed down pedestrians in their car, and were wearing fake bomb belt. that came after a van was used as deadly weapon in barcelona. mowing down pedestrians in the popular las ramblas district, people were out dining at the time of the attack. >> we saul all every these people, tourists running, moms , kids, everybody trying to find some shelter, and in some of the buildings. >> spanish authorities say the attack appears to be the work of a terror cell. police now have two men in custody, a spanish national

eventually ends up with pretty heavy downpours, stronger storms to deal with, yes. so, we start it off by taking a view outside of ocean city, out in new jersey, of course, cape may county, where looks little hazy. not going to be dealing with any fog per say. but the humidity is building, the moisture in the atmosphere is building to the point that when something does unfold, in the way of wet weather, it will be drenching. so, i would walk out the door with a umbrella today. and expect that you may be needing it at some point. this will not be a washout after day though as i mention, meanwhile we check in with the eyewitness weather watchers, let's take a look there, already, in fact, seeing some storms. so we got to go north for this we will take you in toward the poconos where the value coming in from keith this morning, is 71 degrees, but more specifically, he is in fact dealing with some of the heavy thunderstorms that have been moving through this area, northern lehigh valley up through the poconos. so he's also saying if you have to travel up this way, maybe northeast extension, i08 , may run into some standing water there. just south of where keith is reporting, john jenkins also reported a little bit of lightning if i'm not mistaken,

74 degrees his current temperature, but did say in the distance i'm guessing to the north he saw some lightning out there. so, too far away for him to have heard the thunder because he is a few counties south. regardless the storms will begin to get underway, across the region as a whole, as the day goes on. here is the deem. warmfront lifting north. cold front on its heals. and as we sit in the warm sector of the storm system, you build up the heat, you build up the humidity, you build up the instability, with any sun that comes through. so there will be showers, storms, that run through, pretty much at any time. but you also see sun along the way, let's talk about future rain amounts, now, very important to note that this is a guide, it is not gospel, but you could see anything on the orders of an inch. to inch and a half locally higher. not a guarantee certainly that philly would end up with three and a half plus innings, but possible that somebody does. so, we have to keep an eye on where things set up here, regardless, flashflood sag concern, as a result of this. now, quickly, looking at the storm threat primary impact,
