take look at the surveillance photo. this man walk into the store 1300 block of market street after 6:00 yesterday morning, he and the clerk got into an argument over cigarette. the suspect reportedly then jumped over the county, stabbed the employee multiple times with a butcher knife, then took off. the victim is in stable condition. >> police say man used a stolen gun from clearfield, pennsylvania, in a police involved shooting in north philadelphia. this happened on the 2500 block of north alder street at around 1:00 is a saturday night. police say bike officers and on patrol when they spot add man walking with a gun in his hand. the officers asked the noon put his gun down. he reportedly took off. police chased them, chased him , he pointed his gun at officer. that's when that officer opened fire, streaking the suspect twice. he's in stable condition. no officers were hurt. >> meanwhile, police arrest a man they say opened fire on parked car before speeding off and then crashing into another parked car, in new castle county. police arrested timothy show

but i also think that if there is going to be any shower or under this earl storm that pops up at some point it, happens after the eclipse, has wrapped up. so, fantastic news there, we will get check on that in a second. but looking at the wider zoom on storm scan, you will in the again primarily pretty quiet eastern seaboard, some very heavy under this earl storms rolling through iowa right now , however, as the day goes on here, still keep the sun around. we jump to you within the 2:00 t this partial eclipse is going to be at its peak, and yes, there may be little hint of wet weather on the radar, but out of our area. so here are the patchy clouds we talked b should not skew your viewing come that much. come 4:01, as the eclipse wraps up, couple of pop up thunderstorms. shore should stay dry, you're a-okay. mainly n land, specially southeast pa any showers or storms will likely fire up. even then they're scattered, come 9:00, 10:00, 11:00 tonight all clear. let's talk very quickly about how you want to view. >> this we step out of the way

all a-okay, other than couple of patchy clouds throughout the course of the event. i think we've got sunshine and pretty good view for that eclipse. but there is some stormy weather that's going to make a return appearance to this forecast, i'll let you know when you will need that umbrella again coming up.

path of the eclipse of totality path anyway in a second here, and how the viewing will shape up. but we start thing off with our forecast, which again is going to mean partial eclipse in our area. at the moment, it is mainly clear, expect couple of clouds throughout the viewing portion of the eclipse here, recall that this will get underway at 1:21 p.m., peak at 2:44, and then wrap up very, very shortly after 4:00 p.m. and throughout that time, we should remain in the clear. meanwhile, the path of toto tal at this is as such, goes from or again straight down to charleston, south carolina, and for the most part that totality path is looking all clear. jefferson city, a little bit less clear for you there. but we are looking good here, as we get into the afternoon, thanks to high pressure still on our side. meanwhile, let's take a look at some of the temperatures we're talking about here, 87 degrees the expected high, that pop up thunderstorm i don't think do you have worry about until later on this afternoon at the earliest, after the eclipse, the viewing will be wrapping up. so even then, spotty
