evacuations are in place and harvey churns closer to the gulf coast. local elementary school targeted by racist graver eaty. the community gathers together calling for an end to the hate. the vandalism happened before the start of the school year. i'm jessica dean. >> i'm nicole brewer. >> ukee has the night off. >> story is unfolding as herbert hoover elementary school in bucks county. natasha brown is live with tonight's community response. natasha. >> reporter: well, racist graffiti was found on windows, doors and sign outside of hoover elementary school on friday night. meantime tonight rally was a town hall meeting and really trying to strike a cord with community healing and light in that disturbing discovery. for anyone stepping into the town hall meeting in langhorne, pennsylvania the message was very clear. hate has no place here.

philadelphia a new exhibit at the library and that exhibit will teach students and promote dialogue about stockton a man the school calls a controversial figure. >> hurricane harvey is gaining strength tonight and taking aim at the texas gulf coast. some in corpus christi are already preparing for the storm which the national hurricane center calling life threatening. the storm surge could be as high as ten feet and parts of louisiana could see flooding. evacuations are underway. harvey is expected to make landfall as category three tomorrow night or early saturday. >> meteorologist indicate bilo is tracking hurricane path and when it's expected to make landfall, kate, what do you know. >> here's a look at storm you can see how rad uply this storm sin tense fewing clouds blowing up in center rer of the storm as this churns through gulf of mexico to texas coast. expected to make land fall late tomorrow night along the

and clemington home saturday after he sexually assaulted a woman and posted images of her on his snap chat a friend of the victim saw her in the post and called police. mallen is held in camden coun county jail. >> local lawmakers wants quicker action from the feds when it comes to septa train accidents. we got a look at the platform at the 69 street station where a septa crash happened on tuesday. a train plowed into the back of a parked train. 33 women were hurt. theres with as i train accident in darby in february. congressman bob brady and mayor tom mc cozy are outraged at the national transportation safety board investigation. brady called for congressional hearing. cbs3 relayed the concerns to the ntsb and spokesman said investigators are methodical and thorough and that if an immediate safety problem is identified the agency will

moving across the state of pennsylvania and these will fall apart for the most part before making it into our region and we'll see a couple of scattered sprinkles perhaps in western suburbs overnight and into early morning hours. perhaps right around day break. if you're up raerlly, really early and not getting much sleep tonight you can pick up some hours central pennsylvania and portions of northern maryland here now and taking a look at storm scan 3 moving into future weather you see the showers moving through 2 a.m. but watch how they really start to fall apart. couple showers to the west. 7 a.m. we're already seeing them disperse and any clouds move out very quickly and we'll see sunshine through the vast majority of friday afternoon. looks like beautiful day and beautiful setup for the weekend. saturday morning starts off just fantastic. nothing but sun. not even a cloud in the sky and it will be cool and comfortable starting saturday morning in many spots in the 50s across the area. right around 60 in philadelphia. andty a look at dew points right now.

temperatures right arounds 70 right now in the city and dew points comfy 5. very, very low humidity this time of year and earlier this week dew points reaching to the 70s now dew points in the low 50s. same allentown and mount pocono. that puts us in the awesome range as far as comfort index is concerned. so right on the border here. awesome, pleasant tomorrow. weekend we cut humidity down further. it's going to feel fantastic out there saturday and sunday. we're talking warm afternoons and not any humidity to speak of just perfect summer weather. high pressure in control for days upon days and it presides through the weekend with sunshine and again low humidity morning lows 60. many spots starting off in the 50s. and just a stellar weekend. one of those banner days on saturday and again on sunday. if you head down to the shore, think you like. it here's boardwalk plaza rehoboth beach. few people out walking boards and a shore night you need to wear the sweatshirt and light

jacket and early in the morning and late at night. in the afternoon this weather tomorrow. lots of sunshine. 74 to 78 on the sand and winds out of the north 5 to 10 and water temperature 74 tomorrow. uv index is very high thanks to all that sunshine. and on saturday, there's a chance for a little more of on shore flow developing and possibly a few more clouds down the shore saturday than we'll see in the city. overnight partly cloudy stray shower towards day break. i don't think it's a big deal. most of us miss it sleeping 62 overnight. and tomorrow looks great. mostly sunny and beautiful at 80. what a great step of days for this. 80 friday. 79 saturday and 0 on sunday. and then eyewitness weather 7 day forecast doesn't really get much better. especially five-day. looking fantastic. we have temperatures hovering around the 80 degree mark and we should be in the mid 80s this time of year and this is really feeling comfortable just a teeny hint of autumn or maybe feeling like early

football field had miami and philadelphia. earlier today we had same match-up but on the baseball diamond. south philadelphia, phillies taking on the marlins and fightin' fish they're called in south is florida and here we are reece hopkins getting it done. iingt after the phanatic by the way. eightth home run in 15 games. he guys it up at one. he's on fire. now, tops of offense in this game as you can tell and back breaker came in 6th inning for the fill liz, deep left center field and jtramuto off the wall it goes and now we have a little league home run. inside the park home run and the marlins beating phils tonight nine to eight your final score. meanwhile back here at lincoln financial field the eagles getting better of the -- dolphins is what we call them.
