here in the main street commercial district. police say there have been at least four indecent exposure incidents over the last few months. in each case the suspect has exposed again tailian to female victims. >> i'm shocked middletown has been a great family place and safe. i have my two sibling that still live arounder hoo. it's honestly via largeing. >> we have not seen anything ourselves. but, the town was really good about sending out an alert to everybody. i even got at my home. >> reporter: residents say they received alerts via phone and email from police. pam has been sprucing up her bridal shop main street and keeping a close eye out of her window with any suspicing objectivity. >> maybe a little more carefu careful. while i've been working here in the windows i've been pretty much watching everybody that walked by. >> reporter: middletown police are using that surveillance and vague description of suspect at this point thought to be black male in late teens

early 20s about 5' 9" to 6' tall with short crew cut haircut. if you have any information contact police right away. in middleton, delaware, natasha brown, cbs3 eyewitness news. >> new tonight a small building in controlwin takes center stage. members of a youth football team marched into the meeting demanding answers wanting to know where they're locked out of the building and have to practice in the dark. alexandria hof was at the meeting. >> eyewitness news tuesday found the team practicing in front of parents' headlights as teams say they had to for positive months. we caught up with a worker who says it was a mechanical issue and app hour later it was turned on. there was a lease signed with the burrow to change the field. after locks changed on field house they lost ability to generate funds or turn on the lights and have been left confused. the bureau told us it would be

their community. >> this is not us asking you this is us demanding this happen or it will turn into a nice buja city council meeting to a revolutionary occupation. >> it started to get out of control when people started to talk about revolution. >> reporter: those arrested were charged with disorderly conduct. >>. city hall protests began with a rally this morning in fronts ever the frank rizzo statue. they accepting suggestions over the fate of the statute. critics want the statue at the municipal services building to be removed citing former police commissioner and mayor's record on race relations. others want it to stay pointing to rizzo's history with the city. >> new at 11 temple is investigating two biased incidents reported on campus this week. someone left a banana on door of handle of a room in morgan hall that belongs to african-american students.

and another banana was found by a room later in the week. and in response to the incidents temple student government saysing it organiz organizing community forum on diversity. >> gas station in slew of glouster county protection and office of weights and measures. the agencies are investigating a dozen complaints of bad gasoline sold at the station. sources tell eyewitness with news the station's gas tanks were allowed to run empty which led unsuspecting drivers to full up with leftover water in the tanks instead of gasoline. state officials say inspectors were alerted of possible issue there earlier this week. >> president trump with went to florida this week for a first happened look. the president and first lady met with storm victims trying to put their lives back together. they handed out food and water and thanked first responders and law enforcement and others for their work in dealing with the storm and its aftermath. >> we are there for you 100%.

dunkin' donuts. this is coffee. >> a pennsylvania driver shaving his story after nearly killed by a guardrail. that guardrail impaled his car outside pittsburgh. he ran off the road after falling asleep on bay home from work. was not wearing a speed limit and that collision september him flying into the windshiel windshield. while in the air the guardrail slid under him and landed on top of metal. he is bruised and has cuts but is otherwise okay. >> tens of thousands of people are homeless after the devastation caused by hurricane harvey and irma animals displaced by the storms are looking for homes in our area. and ten dog at the camden don't question shelter were rescued from the hur capes and sent here to ease the overcrowding in shelters down south down south. >> locals are lending a hand through a special opening of

the parkway grand opening for art display to celebrate the parkway's 100 birthday. colorful lights are supposed to remind you of fire flies. you can ride for free starting tomorrow. they're available thursday through sunday nights for the next four weeks. >> very pretty kate joins us now. it's warm outside. but not like oppressive or uncomfortable. >> right. >> it's really nice, nice summer weather. it's kinds of weather we usually get in august not mid september and we'll take tun seasonable warmth to finish out summertime. one more week of summer left and i'll tell you what, it is definitely feel like it. let's take a look how today shaped up. we'll start you with a look at our time lapse camera at palmyra cove nature park started with clouds and then sun peaked out through the afternoon with kind of in and out all day long and still we're going to be seeing that same pattern as we head through the day tomorrow with sunshine and then increasing

clouds and sunshine again. if one of those unstable weather patterns when you have a lot of heat and you have sunshine, hot air rises and bubbles up and causes clouds to form and causes threat for scattered showers in the afternoon and that's what we'll see in the morning one against. showers rotating north scan ton wilkes-barre and new york state. the rest of us we got off easy today. all this circulation leftover from irma is moving out to sea and should not be a threat us to anymore. we're kicking irma out and all the focus shifts to jose by next week. >> and your almanac shows today's high 4. full five above average. record 92 that was set just last year by the way and we still a good eight degrees off the record and morning low is 69. look at record low. 44. chilly morning in 1975. temperatures now still very warm. it's 7 degrees right now in the city.

and 5 allentown and 67 in reading and it's going to be warm and steam steamy right through the overnight hours and tomorrow morning. over the next few days the heat builds. even though we're not talking 90s you may need to opportunity air conditioner back on for a couple days here and i don't have any fall weather really in the forecas forecast. and even right through next week. tomorrow morning sunshine. watch what happens in the afternoon. here's 2 . just a few scattered showers try to pop up. again much of the area stays rain free like today and you can't rule it out. same story saturday warm, steamy, get outside and enjoy the day and in the afternoon a couple of scattererred showers pop up. more of the same although clouds in the morning and possibly even fog. let's talk about jose. this is the latest update that we've received from the national hurricane center it just came in before 11:00 and has tropical storm jose still as tropical storm sustained winds 70 miles an hour moving now west north west at about 8 miles an hour and really

taking its sweet time. it's been alive this storm for about nine days now and looks like it could hang around another couple weeks before it finally starts to fizzle. we do expect this storm to restrengthen back to a hurricane. here's the latest up state if you remember if you were us with at 10:00 the last update is a little further off west did have us in the cone of concern. it shifted just ever so slightly to the east. keeping that cone of concern offshore. it's looking most likely that the storm will stay off the coast. but with a category one hurricane even out over the open ocean you'll feel at the least coastal impact and larger swells and rip current that is buzzest threat or certain threat from jose as we head through the weekend. be safe down the shore. never swim on unguarded beaches especially if you're not a good swimmer on inexperienced in the water. >> stray shower, 8. weekend hot and humid for september. popup thunderstorms. and nice weather to head out and hit the pool or head down the shore.
