least one person suffered facial injuries when a black went off at a train subway train. doesn't appear to be a lot of damage. now, pictures shared on social media showed a flaming white bucket. now, this is a very active situation right now. we will keep you updated as we learn more. again, at least person person injured in a explosion on the subway train in london. >> more breaking news, gunfire erupts in kingsessing as shooter opens fire on a front door striking two women inside the home. >> "eyewitness news" reporter trang do is live at penn presbyterian medical center this morning with an update on how those victim are doing. trang? >> reporter: well, jan, jim, both women in stable condition , and are speaking to investigators. fortunately, a three year old was inside the home, managed to avoid this hail of gunfire, now, police say there is home was definitely targeted, but at this point, they're not sure why. but take a look at this video of the scene overnight. this shooting happened just before 2:00 a.m. on the 5400 block of hatfield street in kingsessing.

police say 36 year old woman and her three year old daughter visit ago 40 year old friend who lives at the home, when they heard loud bang g at the door. now, one of the women went to look through the peep hole. that's when someone from across the street began firing the 40 year old was shot in the abdomen. and the 36 year old was shot in the thigh. officers transported both women to penn presbyterian hospital, and police say, given the shear number of bullets that went through this home, it is a miracle that the three year old was not hurt. >> twelve shots enters the living room and dining room area, striking these two females, striking the furniture, they went through the couch, bullets went into the living room and dining room wall. bullet went into the ceiling, and both of these females were shot one time. >> these women told police that they saw a man wearing a mask running away from the scene. investigators hope surveillance cameras on that block captured an image of the suspect that can identify him. but for now, live outside pen

presbyterian hospital, trang do, cbs 3, "eyewitness news," jan, jim, back to you. >> thank you, trang. in other news today, police are searching for a flasher who they say exposed himself to multiple women in new castle county. there have been four incidents , three of them happened in downtown middletown. >> take a look at this surveillance photo, taken in the town's main street commercial district. resident say they've gotten alerts about the flasher over the last few month, we spoke with some women who say the news has them on edge imette st. guillen ' shocked, to be honest, middletown has always been a great family place it, has been very safe. i've got my two siblings that still live around here, and honestly very alarming. >> in the meantime, local shopkeepers say they're keeping an eye on the street for any suspicious activity, anyone with information on this serial flasher is asked to call police. >> a tenth public meeting in colwyn borough delaware county as youth football organization tries to get to the bottom of the lack of lighting on their playing field. "eyewitness news" was at the

irma's strong winds, the officers picked it up, returned it to its rightful location. >> very nice. >> honoring the flag. >> indeed. now to weather, back here in the delaware valley, we've been dealing with the renmant of irma over the last couple of days. >> yes, we have in fact. we will still have to deal with a few of them even today, guys. but for the most part there is really is still looking like pretty quiet forecast for our area. warm as well, feeling like summer, feeling like late august for many of us, but regardless, it will feel a little humid to you, we do have bit of wet weather to contends with as well. i don't think it is enough that you absolutely require the umbrella here today. even though look at region wide zoom, bulk of moisture out to sea, offer to the southeast, all sort of getting pulled away, drifting away out to sea off to the northeast here, but we for the most part have clear sky right now, later today, again, you may see shower around. here's tropical storm jose. yep it, has been since downgraded from cat one status , not really out of the

question. we expected it was merely cat one, good portion of the last couple of days, but it is expected to re strengthen somewhat as it moves north, starting to make the turn, as we look ahead to the weekends. but, meantime, yes, still hundreds every miles away, but you still have a pretty decent circulation with this. you are going to see larger swells in the ocean, eventually get fed back to the shore line. so we've had at least moderate rip countries being here for the last few days, we continue to see that today, through the weekends, even into early neck week. so, by that point, i don't expect that you are really going to have some great beach weather but regardless jose going to have and already has in fact had somewhat of a director indirect impact on the area. so tropical storm, but regardless, this storm is starting to make that recur of over the span of the next few days. most of the models would keep it out to sea but still have broad field of winds as well as rain bands that would extend out and probably hit at least the coastline. so, by the time we hit say tuesday, maybe as early as monday night, you may ends one
