in philadelphia as well in that tuesday into wednesday time frame, from jose, it will just be more likely to be in direct, impact, then a direct impact, like a land fall that would be close by. so here is what we will be dealing with, that rough surf is already out there. if you are at the beach today be careful out there especially because the life guard are not out there and about as much as they are during the peak summer season. of course those strong rip currents are a possibility too beach erosion is not a huge possibility for beach erosion but with some on shore flow, especially from the north and east ends of the system gets closer to the new jersey coastline and delaware as well , then beach erosion could be an issue. is there a possibility for minor coastal flooding, we have high tide, that come in on late monday, and into tuesday, so we have that on shore flow and then high tide coming in which is kind of peaks because of a new moon, that could cause coastal flooding issues. here around philadelphia we are just looking for some shower activity.
