philadelphia police are looking for a suspect in the double stabbing overnight, it happened on the 1100 block of fillmore street in frankford. police say the victim a 20 year-old and seven year-old are siblings they were stabbed defending their mother from their ex-boyfriend. both are currently in stable condition. also a man is charged in connection to multiple child lurings outside a philadelphia public school. police say that 35 year-old marjuan deb tried luring kid into his car in northeast philadelphia investigators tied him to six attempted case s so far. deb allegedly used cash to entice the children. detectives used a similar un

we had rough surf across the shore points yesterday and that rough surf will be back today. if you are down the shore thinking jose's moving out, don't be so exited to get out there just yet because it could be another rough day for us down near shore points. outside in our neighborhood network, down in rehoboth on boardwalk plaza camera and tough to see but out in this area you can still see the waves and they are still on the higher side. so it is going to be another day, of some higher, surf and still possibly, a little bit of gusty winds at time. we have a coastal flood warning in effect for south jersey, back down to rehoboth as well. this goes until 2:00 in the afternoon, delaware bay included in that. is there still chance for higher water right along the coastline until about mid afternoon or so, today. tropical satellite for us, there is jose spiraling off the coast for the most part we have more northerly wind but we could at times still get a problem with some beach erosion today because of that

high surf because water getting churned up by jose. heading back down to maria, of course, we have really extremely powerful category 25 storm most likely going to be making land fall or almost making land fall in the next hour or so, in puerto rico. so again this is a extremely powerful storm and packing winds as high as 150 or so miles an hour, as it makes land fall, again, probably in the next hour or so, it will slightly weaken as it moves over puerto rico skirt on the northern edge of the hispaniola and go toward bohamas. it looks like by thursday afternoon it will be north of hispaniola and then into the weekend hour, weekend time frame it will get upward maybe toward continental united states but off the coast line of north carolina around sunday. here's our seven day forecast, 84 today, 87 tomorrow, 83 for first day of fall friday and stays warm, muggy all the way
