but his isn't the only point of construction on the schuylkill, also eastbound, westbound, eastbound, westbound between the blue route and turn turnpike, few more accidents to discuss when we come back in about ten minutes. jim, back over to you. >> thank you, meisha. new this morning police looking for kill here they say shot a man execution style in north philadelphia. >> the shooting happened on 17th and cumberland streets around midnight. victim leaning against a car when another man walk up to him and opened fire, hitting the victim in the head, neck and torso. police right now talking to witnesses as they try to figure out a motive. >> when the victim fell to the ground, the shooter stood over him and in very close proximity fired multiple shots into his head, face, and neck area. >> police say someone took the victim to the 1300 block of rising sun in north philadelphia. officers then returned the 26 year old to the hospital where he died. so far no arrests. >> also, no arrests yet after two men shot while sitting in

a car in strawberry mansion,ly say the shooting happened 1800 block of north 33 street, just before 8:30 last night. one of the victims, 32 year old man, shot in the head. he was reported to be in critical condition. the other man in his 20's, was shot in the shoulder and hip. he died at the hospital. no word on a suspect or motive >> police are searching for the driver they say mode down teenager in north philadelphia overnight. >> this happened just after 10:30 near the intersection of broad and fairmount. they say the driver took off after the crash. fourteen year old victim rushed to the hospital where he is in stable condition. authorities right now are looking for a record nissan altima with virginia license plate. and it is back to school today for 5,000 student in the methacton school district, tempters union accepted the school board's invitation to enter into non-binding arbitration. the two sides will smith their best offers, to panel of three members then will make the decision, teachers started striking monday morning after

negotiations between the union and the board failed over the weekend. >> delaware county fire fight is her behind bars, after police say he inapropriately touched a 13 year old girl. now faces dozens of charges. "eyewitness news" reporter alexandria hoff has the latest details on the investigation into this crime. >> the 13 year old alleged victim considered 30 year old anthony tiney to be like a brother, according to statement she made to police. but authorities say that relationship was riddled with unlawful contact. continue i, member of the ridley park fire department, has now been charged with 120 count of crimes including indecent assault and corruption after minor. according to charging documents, continue i friends of the victim's father used games as a way to assault the victim. that paperwork adds, quote, he also took her to his apartment in eddie stone where he showed her his collection of pornographic videos and, quote , the victim also disclosed that continue i bought her a tight green dress and asked her to send him pictures by text.

she advised that she never sent any nude pictures of him. continue i was once a member of the eddie stone fire department, as well. their president offered " eyewitness news" this statement reading in part: mr. continue i has not been affiliated with the eddie stone fire company in almost a decade. we have no professional contact with mr. continue i since we severed ties with him i was told off camera that the ties were severed over unrelated violation. police add continue i told the victim that he was interested in dating her once he she turned 18. reporting live in ridley park, alexandria hoff, cbs-3 " eyewitness news." >> camden county police detective is facing charges this morning, after officials say a 15 year old girl gave birth to his child. metro police detective raphael martinez, jr., charged him with sexual assault after minor. prosecutors say martinez had slept with the girl inside his home in gloucester township over the course of about a year. according to authority, martinez admitted he is the father of the girl's child, and signed birth certificate.
