hospital. new this morning police are investigating a deadly shooting in new castle county this happened just after midnight on the 4300 block of miller road in wilmington. police say one person is dead, and authorities are trying to figure out a mote any of this crime and at last check there were no arrests made and anyone with any information is asked to contact the police. also in wilmington police make an arrest in the stabbing , and attempted carjacking in the parking lot of the super market. they say that a suspect armed with a knife, stabbed a three two-year old woman in the arm and legs, while forcing his way into her car this was about 6:15 last night. well, a 67 year-old man, heard her screaming and confronted the sus hoke waved the knife in the man's face and then got away. police caught up with him a short distance later, the female victim fortunately is expect to be okay. this morning's top republicans are defending president trump's tax reform plan, the biggest tax overhaul in 30 years. >> g.o.p. says that the plan will cut taxes for the middle class, democrats insist that is not the case, claiming it
